I am a former resident of Khalapur, Navi Mumbai and I lived here for more than seven years. It is located in the Raigad district of Maharashtra. It shares an excellent linkage to Pune City and Navi Mumbai via the Mumbai-Pune Expressway. CIDCO (The City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra) will soon be developing an integrated township in this locality, the Khalapur Smart City.

It is surrounded by several commercial as well as residential projects like IndiaBulls and Hiranandani. This place is very close to Pune and Mumbai. This locality is very suitable for larger and better residential complexes. The only problem here is the frequent power cuts.
