The only problem is the poor road condition in some areas.

CIDCO (The City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra) will soon be developing an integrated township in this locality, the Khalapur Smart City.

I live with my family in Khalapur, Navi Mumbai and this is a good locality that has all the necessary amenities and facilities. It is surrounded by several commercial as well as residential projects like IndiaBulls and Hiranandani. This place is very close to Pune and Mumbai. This locality is very suitable for larger and better residential complexes. The only problem here is the frequent power cuts.

I live in a rental apartment in Khalapur, Navi Mumbai and I am satisfied with my residential experience in this locality. This is one of the most developing localities of Navi Mumbai has undergone several infrastructural changes. It is an upcoming industrial area that has proximity to the Mumbai-Pune Expressway. There are many commercial hubs in this locality. There are many residential complexes nearby.

There are high profile neighborhoods around the localities that emphasise on improving the lifestyle of the residents.
