The State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission granted permission to complainants to withdraw consumer complaints against M/S Garnet Construction Pvt. Ltd, with liberty to file proceedings before the RERA. The written applications for withdrawal were signed by the complainants and counter signed by Adv. Manish Pabale.
The Bombay High Court provided Omkar Realtors a final opportunity to avoid contempt proceedings by depositing Rs 4.85 crore in a dispute against Grace & Garnet Infracon (GGI).
