Living here makes me really delighted; my brief stay here has been extremely safe and pleasant. The lovely, founded neighbourhood vibe really thrills me. The metro at Jatin Das Park is the simplest way for me to get about. Particularly the simple access to the well-known Gariahat Market for all my buying, I love my everyday life. I am in South Kolkata center because of major connectivity. I am near the Ballygunge Science College and the closest hospital name is Intercity Hospital. Maddox Square Park is my large green area. My everyday life with the community is calm. Still, better local waste management and a long-lasting answer for the serious lack of water supply are needed.

I believe Ballygunge would be a wonderful place to lease; everything I require is close by, hence I am quite satisfied here. The amazing convenience of local stores to luxury shops at Quest Mall is here. Being a renter makes me feel quite secure since the housing neighborhoods are well protected. Even if the rent is more, I think the centrality and quality of life I get make it rather inexpensive. My major benefit is the fast commute to the commercial center of Camac Street and Park Street. I think the future of the area is assured by the continuous construction of infrastructure. More appointed, reasonably priced public parking spots are I believe the one area missing and needing great presence here.

With bright lighting and well-kept streets, the neighborhood was rather safe. Walking home late I felt confident. Just adjacent to us, we were quite connected with the Ballygunge Junction Railway Station Metro stations like Jatin Das Park were a brief drive away. Excellent entertainment was offered by top-tier universities like Quest Mall. Important services like reliable hospitals and schools were always easily accessible. Local travel was a little sluggish as a result of the extreme lack of open children's parks and the inevitable traffic jams surrounding Gariahat at rush hour.
