Negatives: There are times we clearly have a severe scarcity of water supply. Additionally, the presence of impoverished areas near some circular routes does generate some night-time intermittent safety worries. At last, to clear the roadways, the older structures, including mine, actually require additional off-street parking.

The location was quite central; city transportation was made easy by the adjacent Jatin Das Park Metro and Ballygunge Junction station. I chose this place because of great universities and hospitals as well as it. Though it was never a cheap neighbourhood, the superior urban lifestyle I discovered there was well worth the exorbitant price.

Connecting everywhere are our excellent transportation options, especially with Ballygunge Junction Railway Station and nearby Kalighat and Netaji Bhavan Metro Stations. Daily needs are met at Gariahat Market. Entertainment is available at Quest Mall, great hospitals and top schools including Ballygunge Shiksha Sadan all lie here. With a sophisticated neighbourhood, it is a lovely, well kept, and secure area. For the perfect lifestyle, I very much suggest it. Easy access to cultural centres combined with traditional complexity.

Negatives: We frequently have significant water supply shortages, and severe traffic congestion on main roads like Diamond Harbour Road is a daily aggravation.

Negatives: That being said, two things call enhancement: some traffic bottlenecks persist especially around Gariahat at peak hours and, while green regions are present, children need more open park area. I advise Ballygunge absolutely.

Near the Ballygunge Junction and the Jatin Das Park Metro, traveling about is easy. Park Street and other major businesses are very near. We have parks, hospitals, and excellent schools. It has a premium feel, and the cost is reasonable given the excellent lifestyle.

Negaives: Still, some things want correcting. Particularly close to Gariahat, peak hour traffic is very terrible. We also struggle with an acute water shortage. Finally, the Maa Flyover is accident-prone; I wish for more safety emphasis near the poverty-stricken areas.

Positives: Living in Ballygunge, I felt I was actually in Kolkata's most elite sector. For everyday needs, Gariahat Market was nearly my backyard. Excellent private hospitals and top schools nearby brought great peace of mind and made the area very practical. Part of the connectivity was remarkable, especially with the metro just a short trip away and Ballygunge Junction. It was a tiny, self-contained correct city.

Negatives: The sheer amount of traffic caused considerable noise and air pollution, which was annoying. Furthermore, monsoon season brought significant water logging on several inside lanes. Serious traffic congestion, subpar air quality, water drainage during rains, and restricted late-night bus routes were among the four main issues needing fixing.
