As an owner living in Roha, I am satisfied. It has very good connectivity to all the major points of the city. The local people have good access to public transport and there are many reputed educational institutes nearby. However, parking is a major issue in this area and there are some cases of minor crimes as well. I have never faced issues such as shortage of water or power cuts.

I used to live in Roha for a long time and it was one of the best localities I have ever lived in. The locality was clean and hygiene was maintained. The bus stations were located close to the neighborhood where I lived. Furthermore, there were auto rickshaw stands near my area making commuting very convenient for the local people. Even the railway station was only 1Km away from the locality.

Having lived in Roha for many years now, I think this locality is very beautiful with several attractive places to visit and beaches in close vicinity. Murud Beach, Alibag Beach, Nandgaon Beach, Kashid Beach, Mandwa Beach, and Kihim Beach are some of the beaches close to the locality. However, I think water logging during the monsoon season needs the attention of the authorities, and the internal roads are congested as well.

Having rented an apartment in Roha, I am very satisfied. The place is known for its huge industrial setup. The Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) has declared this area as a Chemical Industry Zone. This has created a very good employment opportunity for the local people as well. We have good access to markets, banks, ATMs, shopping malls, grocery stores, hospitals, medical stores and so on. It meets all the demands of residents.

It has only been a few months since I moved to Roha and bought a property and I am very happy with the locality. It has a number of tourist destinations and beaches in close vicinity. Hanuman Tekadi, is a very beautiful temple built on the top of the Teakdi Temple. Some of the other places of tourist interest include Dhavir Temple, Wilder West Adventures, Kolad which offers adventure activities and River Rafting.
