Murud, Navi Mumbai is at its developing stage and as a resident of this locality, I find this place pretty decent for residential purposes. The only complaint that I have is the poor traffic management and lack of parking facilities.

Murud is the kind of place where you would want to spend your weekend. It attracts tourists mostly from the city of Mumbai. Murud is a well-connected location that is linked to all the primary points of the city with public transport. You can travel to the city either by road or ferry. The boats are not very well-maintained. Being close to the shoreline, the markets, ATMs, and banks are all within walking distance.

I have been living in Murud for a few years now as a tenant. This locality is a little port town which is situated on the coastal land of the Raigad District in Maharashtra. It is about 165 km away from the city of Mumbai. The invincible fort known as Janjira is well known. It is a gateway spot for urban tourists because of its proximity to the metropolitan city.

Murud is a nice and decent locality of Navi Mumbai which is located very close to the shoreline. A lot of history is attached to this locality of Navi Mumbai. Murud Janjira, for example, is a barren fort that can be viewed clearly from the roads and is rather a beautiful and grand site to withhold.
