Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai Reviews

Positive

Positives: I recalled my viewpoint was that I wasn't very content because I found the area too commercial and the fresh building was ongoing where I lived. I noted how secure the communities seemed and the strong Ghansoli Railway Station were among the very excellent aspects. I loved how neat and well-organised the entire Thane-Belapur IT belt was.

Negative

Negatives: For Ghansoli itself, I noticed there were no impending metro connection plans or significant social infrastructure improvement projects. Potholes always showed on the newly constructed highways. Backline garbage disposal was bad. Sometimes power outages were exasperating. The waterlogging during monsoon was terrible because of the poor drainage.

Positives: Compared to older areas of Mumbai, I think Ghansoli is a fantastic, well-organized area with adequate environmental management. Given all the job migration, I see it as a great investment with a strong rental return. Right here are the Eastern Express Highway and the Ghansoli Railway Station. Ghansoli is becoming well-known as a fast-developing middle-segment housing center next to the IT corridor. Nearby are Smt. Indira Gandhi College of Engineering and Universe Hospital.

Negative

Negatives: Air pollution is obvious. Absence of high-end shopping and entertainment is a drawback. The inadequate drainage system causing significant waterlogging during intense monsoon rains is the primary concern requiring quick fixing.

Positive

Positives: Ghansoli is wonderful since it struck me as so secure. Being close to the Ghansoli Railway Station was always advantageous, that train route was our lifeline for the whole city. Being close to Thane-Belapur's IT belt meant both great value and demand. Given the proximity of everything, including the Universe Hospital and reputed institutions like Rajeev Gandhi College, I was glad. Any working family would find a great place here.

Negative

Negatives: Poor drainage caused the awful waterlogging during the monsoons that called for immediate repair. The air pollution was likewise very high, which led to negative views regarding health. Many interior roads were moreover permanently pocked, making nearby travel challenging.

Positive

Positives: One great area to rent is Ghansoli. I believe the prices are much more reasonable than those in downtown Mumbai. For my daily travel, the Ghansoli Railway Station is a lifesaver. Nearby Universe Hospital is multi-specialty. Our children have access to excellent schools. Every fundamental comfort is nearby to walk to. It's a very practical, self-contained, simple site to dwell on. Usually the area is very safe for women, which is a major benefit.

Negative

Negatives: I must say garbage disposal calls for major upgrades. The air quality could suffer as a result of adjacent industrial regions. During the strong monsoons, waterlogging is a sure dream. Some interior roads have bothersome potholes that hurt cars.

Positive

Positives: Ghansoli is highly suggested since I discovered a place here that is fairly inexpensive for Navi Mumbai standards, therefore simplifying my metropolitan life. Here I feel perfectly secure; though the area is always lively, it is calm. Connectivity is simple since Rajeev Gandhi College of Management Studies, my college, is only a quick bus or car journey distant. The Ghansoli Railway Station guarantees easy movement everywhere. One Life Fitness Hub, where I work out, is the nearest pleasant leisure location I have. With automobiles, late-night transportation is easy to find.

Negative

Negatives: The two major things everyone misses and finds vexing are the waterlogging caused by heavy monsoon rains resulting from inadequate drainage and the repeated but brief power outages needing quick updating.

Positives: Given its amazing potential and superior connectivity, I am really glad I decided to put my money in Ghansoli. The closeness to top-notch Smt. education is the primary benefit for my family. Excellent healthcare at Universe Hospital and Indira Gandhi College of Engineering. Because the Ghansoli Railway Station is so near, reaching my office is simple. It is the most practical choice here. We relish strolling at the neighbouring NMMC parks in the evenings. This is our favourite place. The forthcoming Metro Line 8 linking the airports is front-page material.

Negative

Negatives: But the daily annoyance is the subpar trash management in some areas and the potholes on several internal roadways urgently needing repair.

Positives: Ghansoli provides easy access to both because of its perfect position between Vashi and Thane. I was there a while ago since my children's many excellent institutions drew me. Here, the transportation system is strong mostly because the Ghansoli railway station connects quickly to the whole Mumbai Suburban Rail network. Contributing to a nice environment, the region has excellent parks and open areas. Safety is great.

Negative

Negatives: Strong, ongoing daily difficulty was flooding brought on during monsoons by an insufficient drainage system. To raise the quality of life, the air pollution and noise from busy traffic on the Eastern Express Highway have to be seriously tackled.

Positive

Positives: For a working professional, Ghansoli is ideal as its pricing is rather reasonable relative to neighbouring developed nodes like Vashi and Airoli. Walking distance provides easy access to multi-specialty hospitals and markets. Central Ghansoli Railway Station is easily reached by regional bus/auto services cover all areas. Because of its well-planned districts and closeness to the Airoli IT center, the area is ideal, daily travel is considerably reduced. Because it is a thickly populated residential neighbourhood, safety here is often quite good.

Negative

Negatives: Poor trash management particularly in older neighbourhoods badly impacts cleanliness. Power outages also occur occasionally, which is quite annoying and call for a more dependable power source.

Positives: Ghansoli next to major office centers such Rabale and Airoli. The connection is great here, with the Ghansoli Railway Station and Eastern Express Highway almost here. Particularly with the planned sports center, this area is growing as a main hub for residential life and is undergoing quick growth. Ghansoli is highly advised for its great hospitals, schools, and all the nearby businesses within easy reach. What most astonished me was the availability of all fundamental services.

Negative

Negatives: To quickly repair the potholes, local roads have to be appropriately maintained. Nearby industrial areas may cause issues with air quality, therefore better air pollution control is required.

Ghansoli is, in my opinion, among the most especially placed residential neighborhoods in Navi Mumbai. Its distinguishing characteristic is its close proximity to prominent IT/business parks such Millenium Business Park and Reliance Corporate IT Park. Sitting directly on the Thane-Belapur Road, its excellent connectivity results from a busy railway station. With its low price relative to Vashi and great rental yield brought about by the strong demand from IT experts, it is presently very cheap. Nearby, we have premium services like Tilak International School, Laxmi Multispeciality Hospital, and Inorbit Mall, Vashi. For sure and fast returns, I heartily suggest this region. Two things needing immediate fixing are finally making the Ghansoli STP completely functional and greatly enhancing the cleanliness of the primary approach roads.

Recently relocating to Ghansoli, I'm having a very enjoyable time. I think this is a very centralised area ideally located between Thane and Vashi. For a working professional, in my opinion the connectivity is unstoppable. I was so impressed by CIDCO's excellent design of the surroundings. The best thing is how quickly I can get to the main business centers. Being almost a stone's throw away, the large office centers such Intellion Park provides my main benefit. The regional bus service and railway connection are outstanding. My top place to buy is Inorbit Mall in Vashi; I strongly advise others to go there. I just believe the regional food and vegetable market really lacks a suitable infrastructure.

I feel so grateful I chose to invest in Ghansoli. For the Thane-Belapur industrial belt, this site is rather centrally positioned. Since the Ghansoli railway station is just outside my house and local bus service is easily available, the connectivity is great. Regular police patrol here makes my family feel rather safe. Daily needs are simple to get; with D-Mart around. Tilak International School is attended by my children; Laxmi Multispeciality Hospital is depended upon. The advantages of the approaching Navi Mumbai Metro network in full appeal to me. For every inhabitant, my one great worry is the persistent waterlogging on the principal interior roads during strong monsoon rains.

Positive

Positives: Right, there was Ghansoli Railway Station, which struck me most as the most amazing feature of the neighbourhood. In the adjacent Airoli/Rabale region, my office was easily accessible. Close by, Universe Hospital provided excellent medical care. With all the services and colleges, life appeared rather easy. For some respite, we sometimes visited the CIDCO gardens next to our home.

Negative

Negatives: Waterlogging was horrible every monsoon, need to fix its weak drainage system. The local authorities should also solve the terrible trash management problem. Better road maintenance is also needed since many local roads had major potholes. The city should strive to lessen the evident air contamination emanating from the adjacent industrial areas.

Positives: For employment, I moved Ghansoli; I believe it was the sensible decision. The railway station allows me to go quickly to Vashi and Thane. Buses and cars cover nearby travel effectively, in my opinion. When I need a day out, I can claim Inorbit Vashi and Nexus Seawoods are the closest major malls. In an emergency, I believe reachable fast are hospitals such New Life and Laxmi Multispeciality. Schools and tuitional facilities are within fast drives. Job hubs in Seawoods, Vashi, and neighboring MIDC help to shorten my journey. Few public parks exist; some vegetation is present. This place is less costly than central Navi Mumbai, I believe.

Negative

Negatives: I might claim parking and waste collection have to be addressed quickly. All things considered, I am steady in this area.

Positives: Ghansoli has me quite happy residing here. The small coffee strip close to the railway station and the weekend market is my go-to location. Easy transportation is my first priority. Therefore this location provides it. Linking me to Vashi and Thane is the Ghansoli station on the Harbour/Trans-Harbour line. For quick trips, buses, cars, and regional trains are convenient. Nearby hospitals include Laxmi Multispeciality, New Life Maternity, and Dr Jadhav Hospital. Schools like Ryan and other CBSE schools are available. Nexus Seawoods or Inorbit Vashi are where I head for major shopping. The area is adjacent to MIDC zones and Navi Mumbai's commercial centres.

Negative

Negatives: Rental returns remain constant at roughly three percent. Still, I'm concerned about irregular civic maintenance and illegal parking in this region. Nevertheless, I always feel firmly grounded here and secure.

Positives: For the job's proximity to the IT parks, I picked this locality, which is ideal for me. It is a really practical location. Essential services like hospitals and the local market scene are always available. For a renter, I consider it rather reasonable, particularly given the close access to the Ghansoli train station. From my perspective, this area is growing fast and the broad roads close to the Palm Beach stretch provide comfort. Reliable connections to Thane and Vashi are one great benefit.

Negative

Negatives: I must say the internal roads grow congested, so transforming daily travels into a test of patience. Better waste management and upgrading of the subpar drainage system are also vital. During severe storms, waterlogging is a true source of annoyance.

Positives: Ghansoli Railway Station close by. Daytime here is usually quite safe. Along with Smt. Divine Multispeciality Hospital and ASP Public School, we possess excellent institutions. Nearby is Indira Gandhi College of Engineering. Particularly close Central Park Ghansoli, the area is surprisingly green and ideal for enjoyment. With NMMC's planned Sports Hub and the approaching Metro Line 8 extension, future expansion seems excellent. This harmony of naturalism and convenience is very good.

Negative

Negatives: Rush hour traffic on the Thane-Belapur Road becomes severe, often aggravating. Better last-mile transportation choices are critically needed right now. A dedicated feeder service from the station would be quite beneficial.

Positives: Because Ghansoli seemed to be a logical investment with reasonable costs and consistent rental demand, I relocated there. The neighborhood seems to be cheap yet provides enough ease. The railway station helps to make commuting effective; cars or shared transport help when necessary. I appreciate how simple it is to get to Navi Mumbai and surrounding business centers and offices. The equilibrium between inexpensive housing and quick access to city conveniences is my favourite aspect.

Negative

Negatives: Particularly better highways and cleaner public spaces—development of more trustworthy civic infrastructure should get better. Ghansoli would become even more appealing with better equipped hospitals or nearby big shopping malls.

Positives: For many reasons, I like living in Navi Mumbai's Ghansoli. Though it is extremely near to the city, the neighborhood appears calm. I appreciate that daily transportation is simple and smooth since there is a regional railway station on the Harbour/Trans-Harbour Line. I find walk or short driving access of stores, little markets, and simple services to be wonderful. Compared to central regions, the region seems less congested and offers me a sense of peace when I get back.

Negative

Negatives: Still, I see some downsides. Certain streets in more ancient neighborhoods call for maintenance. I had fewer public green areas or huge open grounds than I had anticipated. Rainy-season drainage could be better. Still, I'm happy to call Ghansoli home.

Excellent transportation distinguished Ghansoli; the Eastern Express Highway provided easy access. And the Ghansoli Railway Station made travel easy. With elite schools and institutions such as NMMC School and Rajeev Gandhi College, as well as great hospitals like Universe Hospital, always accessible, we were spoilt for options. With neighborhood markets and eateries like Theobroma, entertainment was satisfactory. The bad sanitation and water problems were my biggest disappointment. The waste disposal was sometimes inadequate, and waterlogging during the monsoons was a regular occurrence. The ease and communal character of the area made it a great element of Navi Mumbai, notwithstanding those infrastructural problems.

Property values are still more reasonable than those of several Navi Mumbai areas, therefore giving investors and buyers great worth. Negative

Negatives: Some realistic services have, however, occasionally been let down. Excellent bus connections among the areas make quick trips quite simple. With Sadguru Hospital only minutes away, access to urgent emergency treatment is dependable. Families find perfect conditions in the abundance of famous schools, and the neighborhood seems safe. Though the area is great, the local civic authority has to raise overall garbage collecting and disposal efficiency in the residential districts for enhanced public cleanliness. This region offers a great mix of urban life, connectivity, and natural beauty.

For anyone thinking about significant real estate investment or permanent living, Ghansoli is unquestionably recommended.
