This locality is very convenient for residents and there are many schools, colleges, hospitals, and restaurants nearby. Transportation and traffic are also good in this locality. However, water shortage is sometimes a problem in this locality but does not last long.

I can tell you that the lifestyle of the residents has remarkably improved over the years. There has been a massive infrastructural development around the area. I am a permanent resident of Mahape, Navi Mumbai and I have been living here with my family for several years. All conveniences and amenities are available in this locality. Public transport connectivity is pretty good and traffic maintenance has largely improved. However, public transport is barely serviceable in the village area and one has to come out to the main road to find a cab or an auto.

The locality of Mahape, Navi Mumbai is good for residential use. As a resident of this locality I can say that the roads are clean and well-maintained and the streets are well-lit. Moreover, there are a few shops, groceries and convenient stores nearby. The industrial area is just a kilometre away from my home. The industrial park, also known as the business park, is in the vicinity.
