Positives: Kopar Khairane is a good place to reside. I can commute to work without any issues as the local train station is just here. There is everything I need around me, such as schools, clinics, and shops. It's an IT and industrial area, so plenty of job opportunities are available. Negatives: The area is quite dirty, and the main roads are in very poor condition. Also, street parking is always an issue. Traffic is quite congested during my work hours.
Positives: I prefer living in Kopar Khairane due to its excellent connectivity with suburban trains and other transport. All the basic facilities are within walking distance, and it is near major business and IT parks. Negatives: The traffic here is heavy during rush hours, and the area has a serious problem with pollution. There are potholes on some roads as well.
Positives: I enjoy staying in Kopar Khairane with local trains to Panvel/CST, and three bus stops make travel convenient, malls and business parks are in a 5–7 km range, and daily shopping is available within walking distance. Negatives: Traffic during peak hours and pollution are prevalent, parking (and illegal parking) irks me, a few roads have potholes, and the average sale price is approximately ₹20,150/sq.ft.
I have been living in an apartment in the Kopar Khairane locality for a long time and it is a very convenient locality. The Mumbai Highway is within close vicinity and provides very good connectivity to the locality. The area is dominated by 1BHK and 2BHK apartments. It is an industrial hub and IT Hub, creating employment opportunities for people. The area is close to the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport.
I was a resident of Kopar Khairane many years ago and it was one of the best localities I have ever lived in. I had good access to grocery stores, shopping malls, banks, ATMs, hospitals, pharmacies, and so on. There were many daycares, pre- schools and schools in the locality. However, frequent traffic jams at Shilphata Mahape Road caused inconvenience to the commuters. Other than this, I had no complaints against the locality.
Being an owner in Kopar Khairane, I can say the locality is very convenient and it has all the necessities to fulfill the demand of the residents. The area has many schools nearby and it would not be an issue for me to provide good schooling to my children. There are many shopping malls such as R City Mall, Raghuleela Mall, and Inorbit Mall is within a radius of just 5 Kms.

However, I have experienced traffic jams and parking issues, with many people illegally parking their vehicles in the streets of Kopar Khairane.
I have been living in Kopar Khairane for many years now and it is a very good locality. The locality is known for its sound infrastructure. It is close to employment hubs creating employment opportunities for the local people. The railway station is close to the area where I live and Kopar Khairane has very good road connectivity. It is a premium locale with 1BHK and 2 BHK ready-to-move apartments.
