Positives: I chose to stay in Sector 137 because I wished to be near to my office along the Expressway. The Aqua Line metro connectivity, in my opinion, offers the most benefit. My regular commute was always from the neighbouring Noida Sector 137 Metro Station. I remember the Felix Hospital provided great comfort for medical needs. My favourite gathering place was the coffee stores close to the Supertech Mart.
NegativeNegatives: Monsoon watering. Outside of the major complexes, I believe the waste management system has great room of improvement. Peak-hour traffic on the major roads is very terrible. Quick repair of the water supply problems in some tall structures would be very much desired.
Sector 137 is where I reside and I truly like my daily schedule here. I remain here briefly and already feel at home. Most civilizations are walled and protected; thus, I feel secure. My office travel seems straightforward; I typically utilize the expressway and the Sector 137 Metro. Every day I see open roads and vegetation, so I am calm. Knowing Felix Hospital is fairly near is satisfying. Around me are excellent institutions like the Shiv Nadar School. Evening strolls near the expressway stretch and bird sanctuary side are enjoyable for me. This sector, in my opinion, belongs exactly on Noida Expressway. I am strongly convinced that more tiny businesses ought to open quickly and that footpaths require fixing.
For contemporary urban life, I believe Sector 137 works especially well. I come here often, and my experience as an agent is always the same. Because I observe a lot of rental demand from IT professionals, I recommend this location. I like the broad view of the Noida Expressway and the clear design. Because of nearby companies, I see that rental yield is strong. I think connectivity greatly helps with smooth freeway access and the Metro Sector 137 Aqua Line. For healthcare, I depend on Felix Hospital and Jaypee Hospital Sector 128. Nearby are Amity University and Shiv Nadar School. I favour the green belt close to Okhla Bird Sanctuary. I specifically inform customers of expressway traffic hours. I also refer restricted nearby street markets.
Positives: I made an investment here several years ago, and I am fairly pleased with the returns so far. I think this area is okay, yet of late it is getting rather congested. The contemporary neighbourhood and the straightforward transportation system provide my happiness. I find a great advantage in the nearby Sector 137 Metro Station. Living here is safe, and I love the well-kept parks for vegetation. I advise this area to others appreciating metro access.
NegativeNegatives: The water supply issues we occasionally encounter let me down. Better fundamental services like water, correcting the peak-hour traffic congestion on service roads, and more local sports or entertainment venues would help to improve this area.
My experience of and contemplation about Sector 137 are outstanding; I am very happy here because it is very practical for my job. The fact that my favourite thing is the metro station being right next door is a great benefit for my journey to work at nearby IT parks like Genpact or Cognisant. Because of the safe communities, I as a renter feel totally secure. Compared to Central Noida, the rent is very reasonable. The continuous existence of several near-office locations, in my opinion, ensures stability and future growth. One item missing here that needs considerable presence is a very big, adequate shopping mall inside the industry itself. For a working professional, my life here is ideal.
I am quite content here in Sector 137; this area is, in my view, among the best-planned sectors of Noida. Thanks to the Expressway proximity, this neighbourhood offers excellent appreciation potential; hence, my investment was really worth it. My excellent easy trip connection via the Aqua Line is great; I feel safe day or night. The 100-metre green belt along the Expressway's verdant beauty is one I especially enjoy. Our neighbourhood has excellent conditions and amenities, including SKS World School and Yatharth Hospital nearby. Two crucial issues need immediate attention in this area: managing the construction dust and repairing the inadequate drainage system causing waterlogging during the monsoons.
For its calm living within luxurious amenities and improved lifestyle, I highly advise Sector 137 to my customers. This area is extremely safe in my view; leisure within the big society complexes and surrounding local markets is great. The devoted Sector 137 Metro Station on the Aqua Line, which gives crucial connection to other Noida sectors, is the major benefit. Near us are premier colleges like Genesis Global School as well as hospitals like Felix. My customers have a high rental yield. Because of its position on the Expressway between Noida and Greater Noida, I see great future growth possibilities. Handling trash management in the industry needs urgent change, I think.
Positives: When I resided in Sector 137, my view of it was varied. Though modern societies exist, it struck me as unfinished and so I was somewhat dissatisfied. The outstanding features of the new homes and the expansive layouts were the really good aspects I noticed. The area surrounding the Expressway seemed safe and modern. I may reach the metro station quite easily.
NegativeNegatives: The absence of decent retail and branded food choices disappointed me. As I observed waterlogging in the monsoon, the drainage system had to be repaired. Frequently damaged and in great need of repair were the sidewalks. The local market organization was really untidy, and the street illumination was inadequate.
Positives: I rather adore Sector 137 living here. This is a really gorgeous and verdant neighbourhood. With many parks and well-kept central verges, the region is really environmentally conscious. I believe it is a clever, expertly designed residential neighbourhood, and my apartment here yields excellent rental income. The connection is excellent. Sector 137 Metro is really practical. My office in Sector 142 is just a 10-minute drive on the Expressway. The ready-to-move initiatives enabled this site to become well-known very quickly. Amity University is easily reachable. Felix Hospital is close.
NegativeNegatives: I think resurfacing of the internal feeder roads is required immediately, and we have aggravating power outages that demand very rapid restoration.
Positives: Looking back, Sector 137 seems to be a very pleasant place to live. Particularly close to the expressway, the area felt modern, and the condition was extremely green. The Sector 137 Metro Station on the Aqua Line was easily reachable, so connectivity is great. Having nearby big hospitals like Felix was quite advantageous for me. Also close was the alleged SKS World School. It struck me as a genuinely important and growing field.
NegativeNegatives: The inadequate drainage, which resulted in significant waterlogging during the monsoon, was the worst negative requiring immediate maintenance. I also ran into difficulties with the insufficient waste management system. Moreover, the water source felt untrustworthy at times.
Positives: The rent is rather reasonable. Amazing is the connectivity since the Metro station is just there along the Aqua Line. Car commuting is also made simple by the Noida Expressway. Close by, we can easily go to hospitals like Felix as well as schools like DPS. Wide primary roads make this a very organised and useful location. Women with police patrols at nighttime will find this area safe enough. The enormous green belt adds greatly to the freshness of the area.
NegativeNegatives: The drainage system is very bad in Sector 137. Heavy waterlogging during storms is visible. Some internal roads need immediate attention since garbage management is inadequate. I miss a decent, active neighbourhood vegetable market as well.
Positives: Living in Sector 137 on rent, I strongly suggest it to young professionals and students. Shared vehicles for the last mile and the Aqua Line metro from Sector 137 station provide easy access to my college. I am at ease at night thanks to security guards in my culture, which makes me feel secure. Nearby restaurants, businesses, and little shopping malls are practical. Travelling to Noida work locations is easy. The app taxis are open around any hour. Compared with central Delhi, the rent here is reasonable; I get additional room.
NegativeNegatives: Among the items requiring focus are more late-night buses, monsoon drainage, and sporadic road potholes. Daily life in general in this area is simple and enjoyable.
Positives: I am a Sector 137 investor because I note consistent expansion and excellent connection. Since my apartment is a little walk from the Aqua Line metro station and the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway is close, my office commute is fast. Felix Hospital is only a quick drive away. My family utilises excellent nearby schools and clinics. Weekends are spent at adjacent parks and the social play areas. Markets and malls are nearby from my house. The quiet surroundings and broad roadways here make me quite content.
NegativeNegatives: Better street lighting on certain paths, a few internal roadways requiring repair, and monsoon drainage are all urgently needed enhancements. Still, I am happy residing here. It seems like home now.
Positives: For me, the great ease of the site right off the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway made Sector 137's main strong benefit. Years ago, I resided here because I liked the vision of the vast, planned roadways and the strong transportation network particularly the simple access to the Aqua Line Metro. There is beautiful vegetation, particularly the great green belt along the highway. Communities had strong feelings of security.
NegativeNegatives: Massive modifications are required for the waste management system. For such a premium location, the trash overflow was sometimes intolerable. Because of heavy waterlogging, the poor drainage greatly affected my monsoon season commute and rapidly made the surroundings seem less habitable.
Positives: Because the pricing is fantastic for such a contemporary location, renting in Sector 137 offers me much living affordability. Directly there is the Aqua Line's Sector 137 Metro Station. This seamless transition together with the neighbouring business centres Genpact. Because it is well-planned, the area offers great security inside the large residential developments in addition to plenty of internal parks and amenities, making it very good. Outside of the communities, bus and automobile services are easily accessible.
NegativeNegatives: Regarding the water supply, we totally lack regular services. Sometimes it's erratic and the pressure is low. The drainage system is additionally insufficient, which results in significant waterlogging at the sector exits every monsoon.
Positives: One big benefit is that we are on the Noida Expressway. Though it is the center of the new residential and IT corridor, it is not the old city center. Having our own Sector 137 Metro Station right here makes my travel to the surrounding business centres like Sector 135 simple. The area is lovely, well-designed, but the big green belt struck me the most. Close hospitals and colleges mean we have excellent social infrastructure and amazing connection.
NegativeNegatives: Linking communities to the Metro without difficulty depends on a better and more dependable last-mile public transportation network like actual e-rickshaws. Furthermore, mobile network coverage inside the high-rise structures can be intermittent.
Given its strategic location and access, Sector 137 seems to me a great choice Noida. Families and professionals are drawn to the schools and healthcare in the greater neighborhood (reachable within short drives) and the retail and mall choices a brief travel away. Road access to the Expressway brings work hubs within reach; Sector 137's Aqua Line metro station connects locals across Noida and Greater Noida. Pricing here is more reasonable than that in central Noida, and nearby corporate towers and office hubs keep rental demand stable. From my viewpoint, two areas to be better are frequent internal road maintenance and more neatly green public areas. I frequently suggest to my clients Sector 137.
I enjoy my decision after lately relocating to Sector 137. This zone seems to be appropriately situated along Noida's development path. Daily commuting for me is the Aqua Line metro from Sector 137 as well as local buses. Though some low areas delay following extremely severe rain, I observe that mostly sewage and drainage function. I'm struck by the abundance of eateries, hospitals, and stores close by. In 20 to 30 minutes, I may access large malls and establishments. I like the quiet suburban mood and the green open pockets near to my flat. Because it offers quiet living and simple commuting, Sector 137 is one I advise. More public benches and little parks would be helpful.
I am glad I placed money here in Sector 137, Noida. With the Noida Sector 137 metro station only a brief stroll from several communities, the location is very well linked. My family finds trips straightforward with the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and major roadways. Near my house are daily essentials like pharmacies and groceries. Because police patrols are continuous on major corridors, I feel secure. Evening strolls near the green pockets and little parks bordering our complex appeal to me. Felix Hospital is used as needed for health; my child attends an excellent school a brief distance away. Good for value, I know nearby infra is evolving. Peak-hour expressway traffic is my major concern.
Positives: Mainly for employment and easy metro access, I believe I chose Sector 137. Daily travel is made easy at Sector 137's Aqua Line station. I believe taxis, buses, and cars cover last-mile gaps. Reachable when needed are hospitals like Felix and bigger Sector 110 and 128 ones. Schools, coaching facilities, and day-to-day businesses are relatively accessible. I would note freshly created societies and green pockets in the region. Prices are middle-range in my opinion and appear reasonable when compared to central Noida.
NegativeNegatives: Better sewer maintenance and more or larger retail and recreational facilities are among urgent repairs needed. All things considered, I hope and am pleased to remain here.
Positives: Living in Sector 137, Noida, makes me quite delighted. My favourite hangout is the little grassy area next to the metro where I walk every day. Good schools come first; options nearby are Delhi Public School and Genesis Global School. The major benefit is fast access to the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway and the Aqua Line metro station at Sector 137. Felix Hospital is very near; major facilities like Yatharth and Max are a brief drive away. I enjoy the new gated communities and scheduled parks. Thanks to the metro, rentals are consistently sought-after.
NegativeNegatives: But in some locations I worry about occasional sewage issues and power outages. Still, I am happy to live here and feel safe.
Positives: Directly there, Sector 137 Metro Station on the Aqua Line made my everyday trip to the offices close to Cognizant so simple. Have a massive green belt, and I particularly liked the Medicinal Cum Herbal Park close by. The rent was reasonable for a working professional even if buying property appeared expensive, and it felt easy-going and rather safe.
NegativeNegatives: I felt stress was in the area. It was quite a packed area. The erratic water supply gave us trouble on a regular basis, and the inadequate waste management system was a challenge. Worst of all, the poor drainage meant horrific waterlogging during the monsoons. These basic civic amenities really need work done on them.
Positives: Honestly, changing to Sector 137 not long ago felt like a sensible compromise. Finding an inexpensive, modern apartment near to my IT job along the Expressway came first, and this region provided. For daily commuting, convenience is a major victory in the direct Aqua Line metropolitan connection. I value the closeness to fundamentals as well as the general safe, deliberately built housing surroundings. The gorgeous, expansive green belt along the highway is quite rejuvenating. We have fast access to necessary services like Felix Hospital and big D-Marts.
NegativeNegatives: The rush hour traffic on the primary road can be maddening. Intermittent water supply instability. Improved monsoon drainage would be a tremendous relief for the region.
Positives: Being an owner in Sector 137, I like the amazing trees and how secure I feel even late at night. Close to us are the Sector 137 Metro Station, Felix Hospital, and SKS World School. It's really wonderful to have direct access to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. This region stands out for its broad, tree-lined thoroughfares and large community parks.
NegativeNegatives: In a few areas, the internal service lanes require immediate repair and better lighting. Near us, a big, committed daily vegetable market is very much wanting, that service is not there. Most of our income comes from little suppliers. Otherwise, the convenience and quality of life here are really outstanding.
Positives: I backed Sector 137 because I noticed good infrastructure and strong rental yield potential. Given the amenities on hand, houses are relatively cheap. Good highways, the Aqua Line metro, and expressways provide simple connectivity. Daily travel is aided by autos, cabs, and local transportation. I like that neighboring districts house offices and IT centers like those of KPMG, Accenture, and other corporate parks. Fast workplace access along with a serene residential feel following office hours is my favorite.
NegativeNegatives: Civic upkeep is what troubles me; sewage systems and garbage management have to be upgraded. Water supply seems sometimes unpredictable. Furthermore, I believe life would become simpler if there were more stores around or a suitable shopping center nearby.
Positives: Living in Sector 137 comforts me tremendously. Along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, I appreciate how well the area is laid out and has a long green belt that gives peace. Because I may use the Noida Sector 137 Metro Station on the Aqua Line for simple travel, my daily life seems to go smoothly. Nearby are famous institutions like Genesis Global School and SKS World School. Proximity to grocery shops, malls, hospitals. I'm struck by how different new civilizations are from builders like Exotica Housing, etc.
NegativeNegatives: I do run across some challenges, though. In certain roads, waterlogs happen during monsoons. One can improve waste management. Traffic also thickens during peak hours. Still, I'm rather pleased to refer to Sector 137 as my home.
Positives: While the vast green belts are beautiful, Sector 137 is rapidly becoming less inexpensive. The Noida Sector 137 Metro Station on the Aqua Line nearby makes transportation easy. At Felix Hospital and retail at Paramount Florence Plaza, healthcare is immediately accessible. Neighbourly accessibility of Amity University is straightforward. The planned FNG Expressway connection offers promising future connectivity enhancements. Planning inside the large residential developments and good overall security.
NegativeNegatives: The Expressway service road's peak-hour traffic is aggravating and generates significant pollution. The growing reports of mobile snatching in remote areas really make me nervous for safety. The stray animal threat beyond the gate of society needs urgent attention from the government.
Sector 137 felt like a breath of fresh air. It is a secure, contemporary town. Simple to walk, the Sector 137 Metro Station on the Aqua Line enables fast and easy city commute. We were close to reputable medical care at Felix Hospital and great schools like SKS World School for basic services. Although we didn't have a big central mall, nearby several eateries and markets kept us amused. That was OK. I found very frustrating my primary objections, the poor garbage management system and the severe waterlogging during monsoon. But the lovely green belt along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway made this a desirable place to stay.
Positives: Mostly because of the well-kept high-rise buildings, living in Sector 137 seemed natural and very secure. A game-changer was the Sector 137 Metro stop directly there. Like Felix Hospital, we had immediate access to excellent schools and dependable medical treatment. The smooth drive on the Noida Expressway and the vast roadways made traveling unexpectedly nice, which was a great relief.
NegativeNegatives: Relying on the few complicated businesses, the traditional local market for vegetables and fresh products was a let-down. The distance from central Noida's established shopping zones also occasionally made impromptu travel difficult. I bemoaned the lack of that traditional, lively street-level feeling and the impression of sterility and seclusion at times in the neighbourhood.
I chose Sector 137, as it provides an even blend of accessibility and price. The good road connections through the expressway and the Aqua Line metro mean my workplace is only a brief journey. Everything I want is nearby: schools, hospitals, and stores are readily available. The surrounding parks and green areas are particularly appealing; they enhance evening events. There is also a thriving market. The garbage management and drainage system is what I hope will get better; occasionally, following rain, there is waterlogging. More late-evening transportation choices in quieter streets would also be really appreciated by me. But on the whole, living here truly fits my expectations. The area is well connected, functional, and secure.
Living in this lovely area makes me feel rather ecstatic. It provides me with the serenity of a flawlessly designed suburb with outstanding connectedness. I decided on this location because of its proximity to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and FNG Expressway, as well as direct access to the Aqua Line (Sector 137 metro station). My family's daily requirements are quite well met: close by are institutions like Genesis Global School and SKS World School; for medical attention, Felix Hospital and Apollo may be swiftly reached. For daily refreshment, there are cafés, supermarkets and malls. I especially appreciate the enormous road systems here and the vegetation. Waterlogging can be a problem; thus, one area I believe could be better is drainage and supply. Still, for us, residing here seems to be a rather sensible course of action.
Positives: Renters benefit greatly from Sector 137's great comfort and safety. The Aqua Line connectivity is excellent thanks to the Sector 137 Metro Station right here, which is the finest aspect. The neighbourhood market is excellent for everyday needs, Spectrum Metro Mall is close for more shopping and pleasure. Providing peace of mind, we also have great amenities like easily accessible Felix Hospital and SKS World School. One saves life by access to the Noida Expressway. Future projects, notably the FNG Expressway, promise even greater connectivity.
NegativeNegatives: In some inner lanes we need better civil hygiene. Additionally, we could really need more well-built public parks or designated green zones.
I strongly advise Sector 137 Noida to customers seeking a contemporary family house. Fast road connections to Delhi and nearby business centers are made possible by its placement along the Noida Greater Noida Expressway. Good schools, hospitals, retail centers, and extensive town initiatives with playgrounds and parks abound in the area. Daily commutes are made simple by Metro accessibility and increasing public transit. For working professionals, jobs in close IT and corporate complexes add value. Compared to central Noida, prices are fair; rental demand is constant. There are two areas to develop: better interior road maintenance and even more frequent local bus routes. Smart long-term living is supported by me in this field.
From Domino’s and KFC to McDonald’s, local markets, healthcare clinics, and a few schools, mostly what you want will be available here or even nearby. The Expressway connectivity and Aqua Line metro are the biggest plus points, along with good civic infrastructure. Plenty of townships and gated societies have been built here by top developers, which have raised the profile of the neighbourhood in my opinion.
NegativeThe issues that I have include some deserted stretches with poor lighting (needs to be fixed immediately), and how the locality feels really desolate and not as lively after sunset.
Sector 137 in Noida has been a good investment for my family, particularly since we use the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway regularly. This major lifeline is not hard to access from our residential community. The safety levels are very good and my wife and sister have never reported feeling unsafe or any incidents till date. The local markets are very good, with all necessities available at reasonable prices.
NegativeThe only thing is that the Noida city centre and other prominent localities may be slightly far away. It may feel far, although you do get some relief from the daily bustle.
Positives: Living in Sector 137 was a great experience mostly because it seemed so self-contained and linked. Having our own Metro stop right on the Aqua Line was a great convenience. With Felix Hospital nearby and leading institutions including SKS World School, the area excelled in healthcare. Working at a company like Genpact saved my life with my short journey. Demand for rentals was strong. The society buildings provided many amenities inside.
NegativeNegatives: Particularly during the summer, the water supply was frequently erratic, which generated many difficulties. The general trash management system also seemed insufficient, which caused some outlying areas to exhibit cleanliness problems.
Positives: Moving here, I was glad the location was right on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. The ideal element for everyday travel is having the Sector 137 Aqua Line station right here. Nearby, we have excellent schools such SKS World School and vital amenities like Felix Hospital. Renting is reasonable. Super close as well are major headquarters like Genpact and Cognizant, which is great for work and general convenience.
NegativeNegatives: One big problem is that the water supply can occasionally be erratic. Furthermore, the general waste management system feels insufficient and is continuously running over. At long last, the neighborhood seems busy. I wish the public spaces had better night-time security illumination.
In Sector 137 Noida, I am a very happy owner and I am aware I made a good investment. With its own metro stop, Sector 137 Metro Station on the Aqua Line, and simple access to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, the area is very well connected. Nearby schools, including Genesis Global School and Delhi Public School, make it family friendly. Within reach are hospitals like Felix Hospital and Yatharth Super Speciality, which give emergency assurance. The infrastructure is modern, the housing communities are well designed, and the region is still less expensive than many downtown Noida neighbourhoods. More neighborhood leisure venues inside the projects for families would be a welcome change.
Positives: I reside here and while I love many things about this gorgeous Sector 137. Also, some problems need to be fixed. Travel and housing possibilities are quite convenient. Contemporary conveniences and green areas add to everyday enjoyment.
NegativeNegatives: Still, I have seen three areas needing attention. It includes the drainage system in particular areas causes waterlogging during heavy rains, municipal waste collection is occasionally late in inner roads, and local bus-feeder connections to certain neighborhoods are poor. Notwithstanding the aforementioned gaps, I am happy to buy property here. I also firmly believe that this exquisite sector provides great long-term value.
Here, Sector 137 strikes me as serene and contemporary. Thanks to the Sector 137 metro station, my daily journey is basic. A little journey brings you to schools, banks, and stores. From adjacent hospitals and multispeciality centres, medical assistance and ambulances arrive rapidly. The towers have gardens and the neighboring canal and open areas offer a sensation of spaciousness and fresh air. With steady resale values and rents, this neighborhood is ideal for first-time purchasers and renters. Better permanent community markets and more covered sidewalks to local stops are something I think will benefit residents.
I advise buyers and investors first Sector 137, Noida, since I am a broker. Direct and quick transportation over Noida and Greater Noida is provided by the Aqua Line metro at Noida Sector 137. The industry is located close to the Noida- Greater Noida Expressway, which facilitates route access to commercial centers. Quality apartments for professionals and families may be found quickly thanks to well-known projects and already existing communities. Nearby are excellent hospitals and clinics; specialist centres handle crises. Many buildings have designated parks and landscaped areas that provide green space inside. I would like to see more orderly local marketplaces and modest community centers inside the industry for more solace.
Positives: Wonderful local area! Here is what I bought, and here is so happy. It is directly on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. Therefore accessing Delhi is easy. On the Aqua Line, our own Sector 137 Metro Station is fantastic. Nearby are so many large corporations, including Accenture and Cognizant. Felix Hospital is only a short drive away from my children's SKS World School. As an owner, a major benefit is the steady high returns on rentals.
NegativeNegatives: Still, I have two major worries. Sometimes the water supply might be difficult, which is annoying. Furthermore, because waterlogging is prevalent during the monsoon season, the drainage system has to be significantly upgraded.
Positives: Living in Sector 137, I can confidently state relocating here was a great decision. Waking to the sight of the green belt is wonderful; the society living is first-rate. Daily commuting to the nearby corporate centres is greatly helped by our committed Aqua Line metro station. The area is ideal for families because of top schools nearby and big hospitals. I really like the general security and planning.
NegativeNegatives: One worries about the quality of the water, which frequently is very tough and saline. Furthermore, the drainage network must be urgently fixed to stop significant waterlogging in the main roadways throughout intense monsoon showers.
Sector 137 is unquestionably the best place for renters. I could not be more delighted. The strategic location right on the Noida Expressway sets it apart. This makes it simple to access the primary IT/BPO companies near in Sector 135. The devoted Sector 137 Metro Station is a short distance away on the Aqua Line. Though some service lanes can be segregated at night, safety is usually good. Nearness to Felix Hospital and institutions like Shiv Nadar helps us. For such a well-connected region, rents are really reasonable. There are two little gaps, absence of a big public park for inhabitants. On some inner roadways, drainage improvements are also necessary.
Positives: Last year I started staying here, and I have to say it's among the most practical locations along the Expressway. Being near to big IT centers, the location is ideal for working people like me. Daily travel is made quite simple by the Aqua Line's Sector 137 metro station. I chose this area because hospitals like Felix and Jaypee are close by as are great schools like Genesis Global and Shriram Millennium. Additionally, there are beautiful cafés, green surroundings, and clean parks. Rents are reasonable.
NegativeNegatives: Traffic during peak times toward the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway is nonetheless a difficulty. Local markets are constrained and sometimes the water supply is intermittent. Better nighttime security would be beneficial since a few instances of minor theft were recorded in several communities recently.
The way Sector 137 sits along the Noida Expressway is what I love best about it. It is vibrant, contemporary, and spotless. Due to its metro station within the region, this neighbourhood has become among the most desirable residential centers. Working professionals would find this perfect, as it's near to high-end Sector 135 and 142 offices. Nearby are prominent institutions like Genesis Global and hospitals like Felix Hospital. Open parks and large roads provide good green. The region is secure, economical, and provides excellent rental revenue. Malls close by are DLF Mall of India, 15 minutes away. More local stores and late-night food joints could help, though. It is a good five-star place for both investors and families generally speaking.
Positives: The connectivity made moving to Sector 137 wonderful. Traveling anywhere was made simple by Noida Sector 137 Metro Station. The Noida-Greater Noida Expressway is where the region is located, it fit my office commute perfectly. With essential hospitals like Felix close by and great schools such Genesis Global, we also had a choice of completely self-sufficient and secure neighbourhood with high rise living.
NegativeNegatives: The infrastructure lagged behind the quick construction. Because of the inadequate planning beyond the complexes, we always encountered trouble. The primary problems were insufficient water supply in the more modern areas, ineffective waste management, constant traffic congestion during office hours, and continual waterlogging on the service roadways during the monsoon season.
Positives: Selected for its ideal placement straight on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, Sector 137 provides fast city access. The main benefit was its devoted Sector 137 Metro Station on the Aqua Line. Nearby Felix Hospital provided good medical treatment. We had great institutions such Genesis Global and SKS World School. It felt like a whole, contemporary, but also somewhat luxurious, cozy living experience with many shopping alternatives and IT companies like Genpact just nearby.
NegativeNegatives: Frequently failing, the overall trash management system caused disposal problems inside the communities and surrounding regions. The water supply was a constant challenge for us, with low pressure or sporadic outages a major nuisance for huge residential developments.
Positives: Years of ownership in Sector 137, Noida, have provided me with a major draw. Our own Metro Station on the Aqua Line. Felix Hospital and SKS World School are quite near. All the daily markets and restaurants, such as Domino's, are readily accessible throughout the area. Due to the 100-meter green belt bordering the expressway, it appears to be a safe and environmentally friendly area here. This location's modern buildings and convenient access to big business centres like Cognizant and Genpact make it highly recommended.
NegativeNegatives: Waterlogging results from the drainage system during the monsoon, and occasionally the local water source can be irregular. All things considered, the ease of living here is quite great.
Given this area's contemporary vibe and accessibility, I purchased a flat here. Living here means I can easily reach major highways like the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and FNG Expressway as well as the Aqua Line station. Large residential developments, great trees, and simple access to markets, schools, and hospitals abound in the neighbourhood. For long-term investment, the property value also looks to be excellent. The combination of new infrastructure with relative quiet in contrast to inner city neighbourhoods is what I like best. One area for improvement would be more variety in local entertainment venues and more reinforcement of last-mile connection in some areas. Aside from this little warning, I strongly suggest Sector 137 as a home.
Positives: This place's perfect positioning really amazes me. Situated directly along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, this area features its own metro station, Sector 137, on the Aqua Line. Good schools like Genesis Global School and hospitals like Felix Hospital as well as some green areas abound on the facilities front. I like the somewhat quiet here and am at ease living here because rent is reasonable with central Noida. Being able to walk to the metro station is my favourite thing.
NegativeNegatives: During peak times, expressway traffic can build up. Also, some internal roads are still under development with fewer stores in very close reach. Generally, I would call it a very intelligent rental decision at present.
Very nice society
I have lived in Sector 137 all my life and the neighborhood is very amiable. The only problem I encounter is pollution and heavy traffic congestion. Otherwise, it is a good locality with good hospitals, educational institutes, grocery stores, shopping malls, and so on. It has very good connectivity to all the major points of the city. Metro connectivity along with other options for public transport has made commuting easier.
I used to live in Sector 137 a couple of years ago before moving to Mumbai. The markets are 2 to 3 km away from the apartment where I lived and regular police patrolling in and around the neighborhood ensured safety and low crime rates. Parks and roads were well-maintained as well, and there were many restaurants where we spent most of our weekends. Cabs and autos were available too.
Being an owner, I can say that the locality has all the necessary things to fulfill the demand of the local people. I have never encountered issues such as power cuts, or shortages of water, and there is good availability of drinking water. The drainage system is well-maintained as well. Providing good schooling to my children has never been a problem due to all the well-reputed schools in close vicinity.
I rented an apartment in Sector 137, Noida a few months ago and it is one of the best neighborhoods I have ever lived in. The only problems I have ever encountered include traffic congestion, pollution, and frequent parking issues. Otherwise, the place is good with markets, shopping malls, grocery stores, and educational institutes at walking distance. Online food delivery is practiced widely and it is a good option for bachelors.
Sector 137 is one of the hottest residential destinations in Noida and inarguably one of the best neighborhoods. It is close to corporate workspaces and the availability of ample public transport options make commuting easier. It has good connectivity to Greater Noida and Delhi via the FNG Expressway and Noida Expressway. The locality features some of the best schools such as Genesis Global School, Indraprastha Global School, JBM Global School, etc.
