Malad East offers great connectivity to several shopping malls and centres in and the D’Souza Market is a major shopping centre here. Property prices have gone up by approximately 3.92% in the area as per Q3 2015 and average prices stand at around INR 14, 641 per sq. ft. here for the same period. Popular projects include Kanakia Spaces Levels, Omkar Alta Monte, Omkar Om Paradise and Raheja Township to name a few.
