Adani Group Commences Construction of 10 Towers for Dharavi Redevelopment

Adani Group has begun construction on 10 towers, comprising 10,432 homes, for eligible Dharavi residents as part of the Dharavi redevelopment plan. The project includes phased handovers, new amenities, and long-term maintenance. The first phase of five towers is slated for handover by March 2029, with subsequent phases in August 2029 and August 2030.

BMC Agrees to Relocate Water Mains for Slum Rehabilitation Project in Sion

BMC has agreed in principle to relocate four major water mains in Sion to facilitate a slum rehabilitation project for approximately 2,200 dwellers. This move, following Bombay High Court directions,is expected to expedite the rehabilitation process for the Panchsheel Cooperative Housing Society and its developer, Sejal Siddha Realtors LLP.
