Guru Tegh Bahadur Nagar (GTB Nagar), formerly Koliwada, is a residential area in Sion, Mumbai, named after Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji, the ninth Guru of Sikhism. It is also known as Koliwada and was originally home to Mumbai's indigenous Koli community. Following India's partition, a colony was built for the rehabilitation of Sikh and Hindu refugees from Pakistan's North West Frontier Province. GTB Nagar is now known for its distinct culture and cuisine, which evolved over time as a result of the influences of the indigenous Koli community and Punjabi Hindu and Sikh migrants.

As per residents, it is the best society in the neighbourhood. Good access to King's Circle, GTB, and Sion Station. In the heart of the city, close to the highway. The best place to stay because the commute time to anywhere in Mumbai is only 45-50 minutes. There are good schooling options nearby. Everything you need to live a luxurious life is within easy reach.

Negatives:

Most of the time, the roads are congested due to a lack of discipline. Some places can be considered unsanitary. Parking and discipline are not strictly enforced by the authorities. This location's delivery and packaging were both disappointing. The food is cold. Delivery was extremely delayed. Power outages are common, as are parking issues and road maintenance. This is a problem.

The supermarket is close to my area within 700 meters. A mobile store is close to my place within a walking distance of five minutes.

The place is connected to the transportation service and buses, autos, and cabs are available most of the time. Especially Cabs are available 24*7 and the fare of a cab ride is quite reasonable.

A school is close to my area within a range of 700 meters. The park is quite clean and well maintained and open for people. A shopping mall is also close to a place within 1km and all the fashionable items are available there.

A university is located near my area within 1km and the college has three major branches such as science, commerce, and arts. The only problem with the place is the traffic jams even on holidays.

The medical shop is quite close to my area where all the basic medicines are available. The auto stand is close to my area within a walking distance of four minutes. One of the main issues about the place is that the roads are not properly maintained.
