The place is well maintained even after 5-6 years, the only PROBLEM is DOGS, lots of strays (close to 50) and quite dangerous to walk alone at nights (anytime actually), apart from that excellent place to live at and loads of modern facilities and a temple as well. Lodha Luxuria’s location is eye catching I must say. Anyone who visits this place would surely fall in love with the property. You don't have to worry about anything as everything is available at a very close location to the property location. My office is a lit bit far from my house. But I manage it.
