An engineering college named Jondhale Engineering College is very near. Transport facilities are also good and the biggest advantage is that no traffic jam occurs. Moreover, nearby places are easily accessible as auto and cabs are available all time.

Schools, hospitals, markets, and other fundamental facilities are already there. Long-term holdings comprise my investment plan. With family gatherings present, the safety of this neighbourhood feels consistent. I am not here today. Slower construction of nearby infrastructure causes my worry. Quicker attention is needed for drainage systems and road repair. The neighborhood will feel more whole when these get better. Patient investors will surely profit from this expanding industry.
