Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav inaugurated the new Terminal-1 at Devi Ahilyabai Holkar Airport in Indore. The renovated terminal, costing around ₹50 crore, is expected to significantly enhance passenger amenities and increase the airport's annual handling capacity. This development aims to boost regional connectivity and promote tourism, trade, and economic growth across the state.

The first phase of infrastructure development for the 19.60 km Indore-Pithampur economic corridor has commenced with an investment of over ₹250 crore. This project aims to strengthen central India's manufacturing belt by developing road networks, drainage, and electricity infrastructure. The corridor is projected to ease freight movement, reduce travel time between Indore and Pithampur, and attract fresh investments.
