Along with well-known hospitals like Ruby Hall Clinic and Inamdar Hospital, the area boasts top institutions like Delhi Public School and Bishop's Co-Ed. Kondhwa is also nearby shopping areas include NIBM Road market and Dorabjee's Mall. The community seems rather calm and secure. With good roads and clean surroundings, the infrastructure has greatly advanced. Daily leisure calls for more parks or green areas accessible to everyone.

    Kondhwa is my residence and I admire its family friendly, balanced atmosphere. I have a decision between more current high rise houses and reasonably priced mid-rise flats. While upcoming metro plans promise quicker commutes, I get to the city via local buses and Swargate metro. With several multispecialty facilities in close proximity, medical care and ambulance services are dependable. Little parks and green pockets that offer kids fresh air and secure play areas delight me. Daily life is made easy since schools, markets, and public facilities are all close by.     I purchased my residence in Kondhwa because of its modern infrastructure, excellent connection to important centres, and perfect combination of peace and urban life. Developed residential developments, great hospitals and schools, and a bearable drive to the downtown area are all available. I adore how I may arrive at home in minutes yet still find tranquillity free from the hectic main highways. Faster execution of a specialised metro line for the region and improved maintenance of some inside routes in older areas are something I believe may be improved. With the closest option being Swargate Metro Station, I appreciate how it links fast to areas like Hadapsar, Katraj, and MG Road. Convenient everyday life is made possible by close-by institutions such EuroSchool and hospitals like Sahyadri. There are also many coffee shops, grocery stores, and fitness studios. The properties here are reasonable, and the neighborhood feels secure even late in the evening.

    Negatives: Still, I believe better street lighting, more pedestrian walkways, and more efficient drainage systems in certain inner roadways could all be improved. Still, I believe Kondhwa is a perfect location to live in luxury and peace and to make investments.

    Positives: A South Pune central area linked by Katraj- Kondhwa Road and NIBM Road feels like The fast travel to Hadapsar and Magarpatta, IT centers, is the finest aspect. My children attend Olive National School, which is nearby. For rapid medical care, we also have several hospitals in close proximity like Mirza Hospital. Stable rentals here make investment really advantageous. Although there is no metro, bus service is good.

Smooth connectivity via prominent roads like Kondhwa Road, NH-65, and Salunke Vihar Road connecting the area to Camp, Hadapsar, and further is provided. There are shopping centers, hospitals, and excellent schools nearby. It simplifies everyday life, everything from basic necessities to leisure appears within reach. The homes are rather inexpensive for their amenities and the surroundings are quiet but well connected, so I feel at ease renting here. Evening strolls down quieter streets are my favourite thing.

    Negatives: Having said that, two areas need work: the absence of an operational metro station nearby limits public transportation alternatives; some local roads continue to have congestion and repair problems. Kondhwa would be my top recommendation for a wise rental selection all around.
