I heartily advise Kondhwa as a place to buy and live, even with that little exception.
Positives: Almost immediately upon my recent relocation to Kondhwa in Pune, I found its allure. Smooth connectivity via prominent roads like Kondhwa Road, NH-65, and Salunke Vihar Road connecting the area to Camp, Hadapsar, and further is provided. There are shopping centers, hospitals, and excellent schools nearby. It simplifies everyday life, everything from basic necessities to leisure appears within reach. The homes are rather inexpensive for their amenities and the surroundings are quiet but well connected, so I feel at ease renting here. Evening strolls down quieter streets are my favourite thing.
NegativeNegatives: Having said that, two areas need work: the absence of an operational metro station nearby limits public transportation alternatives; some local roads continue to have congestion and repair problems. Kondhwa would be my top recommendation for a wise rental selection all around.
