Strong rental demand from my own experiences prompts me to recommend Dwarka Mor. Since my recommendations are centered on metro access and inexpensive homes. In this neighborhood, families appear to feel secure. Mall, movie house, and Dwarka nearby are all visible. Here, though, I see drainage that has to be done and traffic mayhem.

Nonetheless, the jam on Najafgarh Road at rush hour is an everyday agony. They need to take a serious initiative to widen the narrow internal roads and the clogged drainage system to cater to monsoon waterlogging.

The neighbourhood is also serviced by schools, hospitals, and shopping complexes, making it suitable for families. Negatives: Traffic jam is a frequent problem, particularly during rush hours, resulting in extended travel times. Moreover, the locality can be extremely congested, which may impact the entire living experience for some dwellers. In spite of these problems, Dwarka Mor is still an attractive proposition for value home buyers who are looking for connectivity and facilities.
