Wide streets and excellent connectivity via Mansarovar and Khandeshwar railway stations make this location attractive. I propose this location since MGM Hospital and Ryan International School are quite near my residence. The streets are light and crowded, therefore I feel secure for women at night. I appreciate the verdant surroundings of the several little parks nearby my residence. With consistent rental increases from students and employees, my investment seems worth it.
