I am a resident of Khandeshwar, Navi Mumbai and I think that it has grown into a proper residential area. This locality has very good route connectivity and it is also very close to the railway station. Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport is 38 kilometers away from Khandeshwar via the Sion-Panvel Expressway. Water shortage is however a major concern of this locality.

I used to live in Khandeshwar, Navi Mumbai for work. I loved living here. This locality is very ideal for residential use. It has ample daily need shops and the Orion The shopping Mall situated in Panvel is only 4 kilometers away. There were many good schools in the vicinity of this locality such as Marvel School, Skyminders Preschool, and Little Angel’s School. ATMs and banks are also available in this locality.

I am a resident of Khandeshwar, Navi Mumbai and I live in an apartment. Its proximity to significant commercial and industrial hubs has boosted rental demand in the area. While the Central Business District or CBD is just 15 kilometres away from this locality, Taloja and Kalamboli are only 10 kilometres and 5 kilometres away respectively. However, the open drains in this locality fill up and stink in the monsoon season.

I bought an apartment here a few years ago and it was quite affordable and within my budget. The Khandeshwar Road and the Uran Road are some of the significant roads that connect to this area. The neighborhoods are well-planned and beautiful. All necessary amenities are in the vicinity of this locality.
