Emergency care is dependable because important hospitals like Ruby Hall Clinic and Hirabai Cowasji Jehangir are readily accessible. Schools such Zenith International and The Bishop's School provide families with children with simplicity. Part of the attraction is the lush vegetation around the Baner-Pashan hills and the nice temperature. Still inexpensive and secure for locals, this region contrasts many Pune sectors. More regular local metro link-ups could help to even improve it.

I acquired my property in Bavdhan because of its green, mountainous scenery and excellent mix of nature and convenience provided by its strong connections via NDA Road, Paud Road, and the highway. Though I live just minutes from stores and cafes, the peaceful terrace evenings with hill vistas are my most favourite thing. I have rented a small house in the locality of Bavdhan, Pune and here I am staying with my nuclear family for the last four years. There are a few well-known hotels and restaurants established in my locality and they usually serve some innovative food items which are very tasty. People from various places come to taste various unique foods at affordable prices.

I am a former resident of Bavdhan, Pune and here I am staying with my grandmother for the last three years my overall experience of staying in this place is good. There is a government hospital near our locality and sometimes I take my grandfather to the hospital for his medical check-up. The hospital authority provides a very good medical facility to their patients. There is a medical store beside the hospital and people could get various necessary medicines from the medical store.

I have my residence in the locality of Bavdhan in Pune city and here I am staying with my grandfather since last year. The roads of my locality are clean and well maintained and the drainage system is also good. There is a park beside my residence and the children of my locality used to play in the park with their companions.

Positives: The best thing was waking up to the Bavdhan mountains. It felt fantastic. Bus travel was good, and it was convenient to be close to the Mumbai-Pune Expressway. Always within close proximity were Chellaram Hospital and Orchids International School. Strong rental demand confirmed its attractiveness as an investment. I have always liked the peaceful environment.

Negatives: The sporadic metropolitan water supply vexed me all the time. A real challenge. The local streets also appeared disregarded, requiring more maintenance and cleaning as it was distant from the ancient city centre of Pune. For everyone's benefit, I really hope the drainage system gets mended.

Positives: Having lived in Bavdhan for several years, I find several elements of this region interesting. Life is made simple by the combination of tranquil suburban areas and access to corporate centers. Near daily shopping, excellent restaurants and gyms abound. With great infrastructure all around, the surroundings appear safe and contemporary.

Negatives: But I have noted that in some inner lanes public lighting could use enhancement; trash disposal services could be more dependable in tiny areas; and community playgrounds could have better upkeep. Though these are little problems, I still believe Bavdhan is a wise home and investment option I am happy to have picked.

Nearby, we have great schools such as Ryan International. The region is well-planned. Parks available create for a high standard of living.

Negatives: We have ongoing water supply problems. Hence, the quality of drinking water must be continually monitored. A major irritation is waterlogging during monsoon brought on by the inadequate drainage system. Finally, certain roads have potholes that call for quicker and better maintenance to guarantee easier travel.
