The locality has a very good connectivity to important areas like Kharghar and CBD Belapur. The MIDC road and Kalamboli road connects Taloja to Kharghar and Panvel. The neighbourhood is very good with a friendly atmosphere.

Positives: Initially Taloja attracted me since the homes were considerably less expensive than those in nearby Kharghar. The main employment hub, the proximity to the enormous MIDC industrial park, offered fantastic career possibilities. Thanks to the Taloja Panchnand railway station and the developing metropolitan route, connectivity was surely a great asset. Negatives: There are two things, nevertheless, that require immediate attention. Sometimes the quality of water delivery varies. Some internal colony roads need more care.
