Positives: I recall thinking that Taloja was not very satisfactory because I felt the daily civic life was really elementary. I noted that the accessibility to the Taloja Panchnand railway station and the low cost were the excellent aspects. Walking near the Kharghar Hills used to be great.
NegativeNegatives: I was let down that there were no planned future developments to improve the general water infrastructure. Some areas here called for genuine repair and development. The ongoing non-lifting of garbage was disgusting, the internal roads had major potholes, the waterlogging was terrible in the monsoons, and the unauthorized dredging was a safety worry.
Positives: Right now, I believe Taloja is a great, developing place. With Kharghar Hills nearby, this spot strikes as somewhat environmentally conscious. Here I appreciate the great development possibilities. Easy access through the Taloja Panchnand railway station is the major benefit. MIDC Taloja is only minutes from my office. Super easy transportation is provided by the soon Navi Mumbai Metro. Renowned as a rising cheap center, Taloja gives me a consistent rental income. Near are Balasaheb Thackeray Law College and Shree Sai Multispeciality Hospital.
NegativeNegatives: Industrial air pollution and limited B-to-C commercial choices are certain negatives. The main issue requiring quick attention is the great water supply crisis affecting all people.
Positives: Because it seemed like a growing neighbourhood with reasonably priced homes close to Kharghar, my time living in Taloja was fantastic. Opening the Taloja Metro Station made my travel to the metropolis much simpler, so I was glad. The closeness to the massive MIDC industrial park for employment made the locality advantageous. Good amenities nearby included the Shree Sai Multispeciality Hospital and the Balasaheb Thackeray Law College.
NegativeNegatives: The neighbouring industrial park causes great air contamination here. Also challenging every day was the irregular and often insufficient supply of water. Poorly kept local paths and sidewalks needed major attention for safer walking.
Positives: I selected Taloja mostly because, especially in comparison to Kharghar, renting here is really inexpensive. Being next to the MIDC industrial region is a great benefit for work and this region is definitely growing. On the Central Line, we have Taloja Panchnand railway station. The future metro is a big positive. Radcliffe and Apex Multispecialty are among institutions nearby. Though it's industrial and calm at night, the region is usually safe for women.
NegativeNegatives: Given the surrounding businesses, air pollution is a major problem. The daily battle is a highly inconsistent water supply. Collection of waste and management of trash are erratic. Local road maintenance is bad.
Positives: I decided to rent here as the homes are still rather cheap for a location near significant work centres. It simplifies my life considerably. Being close to the industrial centre and always busy, the neighbourhood makes me feel safe. Using the Taloja Metro and local shared cars, my college path to Balasaheb Thackeray Law College is fast. Night transportation enables arriving late to be stress-free. Local Mhatre Fitness is where my closest favourite location is.
NegativeNegatives: For the air pollution from the MIDC region and a big, clean shopping mall like Kharghar, I believe this area really demands superior management. Upgrades of the potholes on a handful of internal streets are also required.
Positives: I poured money into Taloja because of the low first price and rapid growth, particularly the brand new Navi Mumbai Metro Line 1. It really offers great profits. Since the Radcliffe School and the MIDC industrial zone are right by my house, this is excellent for my family. We have peace of mind right here. The metro station offers me the most comfort, therefore simplifying city commuting. Weekends find us usually at Kharghar Hills for the clean air. It is my family's preferred leisure place. I am really delighted here.
NegativeNegatives: Still, we absolutely need a significantly more efficient trash disposal network. I also have to provide stabilised water for every new inhabitant.
Positives: In my opinion, Taloja's most notable strong asset was its great potential and developing infrastructure, especially its affordable housing costs. The MIDC region caught my attention so greatly with its little commute tract. The dedicated Taloja Panchnand railway station and connection via MIDC Road to major locations like Kharghar give the transportation network strength. Greenery is modest close to Kharghar Hills, and basic safety in the residential pockets is acceptable.
NegativeNegatives: Many areas saw major cleanliness problems brought on by the inadequate non-lifting of garbage. The general absence of good recreational and entertainment choices, such as big malls, which necessitated excursions outside the neighbourhood, was another disadvantage that troubled me.
I selected Taloja since the region is extremely affordable. Renting here is inexpensive, especially relative to Kharghar. Because the MIDC Industrial Area offers plenty of employment possibilities close by, it is ideal for working professionals and residents. The Taloja Panchnand railway station enhances connectivity. The new Navi Mumbai Metro line is a big plus. Local transportation is well covered by bus and auto services. This place is good because it's rapidly developing, and safety feels reasonably secure.
NegativeNegatives: The main disappointment is the significant air pollution caused by the nearby industrial facilities, which poses a serious threat to health. The daily battle against the erratic and often contradictory water supply calls for prompt governmental action.
Positives: Taloja is a reasonably inexpensive and much more peaceful area than the rest of Navi Mumbai. Not strictly downtown, but very close to the Taloja MIDC center where many people work, it feels strategically positioned between Panvel and Kharghar. For commuting, the Line 1 Taloja Metro Station saves life. Being near the future Navi Mumbai Airport also offers great opportunities for our house. The rapid development is the best feature of CIDCO-planned area with excellent schools. Taloja comes strongly advised for first-time purchasers.
NegativeNegatives: The water supply has to be much more regular. Sometimes it is unreliable. The rubbish collection and waste management system here also has to be corrected.
At present, Taloja offers the most unusual investment chance Navi Mumbai has to offer. It combines CIDCO's intended industrial center, MIDC, with a reasonably priced housing neighbourhood. Its operational Taloja Metro Station and strategic location near the Mumbai-Pune Expressway guarantee future value and strong liquidity. The market right now is very cheap and presents great rental yield possibilities for one-bedroom homes. Convenient access to major facilities like KPC Public School and MGM Hospital is available; local Little World Mall satisfies retail demands. The forthcoming Atal Setu and Metro extensions will create huge value. We absolutely need CIDCO to expedite adequate sewage line integration and upgrade the uneven access roads leading to new residential areas in order to guarantee its future.
I lately moved in here and have had a really pleasant and good life. Taloja's connectivity is excellent since the local train from Taloja Railway Station or the recently introduced Metro are accessible. The affordable price relative to other areas of Navi Mumbai and the peaceful lifestyle really struck me. What I like most is how fast I may get to major economic centres. Near me, I may quickly reach Ocean Bright Convent High School and Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani Hospital. Regarding the drainage currently in place, my view is that it mostly functions well. I strongly advise other professionals to visit this location. Still, I believe the neighbourhood still needs local, major shopping malls.
I am quite pleased I put my money in Taloja; the value rise is astounding. This region is very practically situated between Panvel and Kharghar. Traveling is really simple as my house is next to the functional Taloja Metro Station. Living here with my family is fantastic; good police patrols make us feel secure and we relish the fresh air close to the green belts. Essential stores surround Kharghar; we enjoy going to Central Park. Nearby Asha Multispeciality Hospital and Radcliffe School. Planned to be enormous, the future Navi Mumbai International Airport is My only major worry is that all residents' local waste management systems have to be regularly maintained.
Positives: The primary job hub, the huge MIDC Taloja industrial park near to, was ideal for working. The most amazing change was the new Taloja Metro Station on Line 1, which really helped link the area. Like the Apex Multispecialty Hospital, our medical facilities were respectable. Being close to the Kharghar Hills provided great relief for a quiet break.
NegativeNegatives: Taloja's main problem is the high air pollution produced by the surrounding industrial complex. The area too has problems with sporadic and insufficient water distribution. Increasing non-lifting garbage calls for improved waste management. To address the potholes and inadequate drainage, the major highways call for immediate attention.
Positives: For work in the MIDC, I relocated to Taloja. Many other Navi Mumbai districts are more expensive than I think it is. The Taloje Panchnand station and local buses enable me to go to Vashi and Panvel. Hospitals like Anand Hospital and Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani are a brief journey, I would say. Regarding shopping, I visit Seawoods Nexus or Inorbit Vashi as required. Low commute times, in my opinion, are maintained by major job centres in Taloja MIDC and adjacent Panvel.
NegativeNegatives: Near the hills I would say there is some green, yet not many parks. I believe waste collection and waterlogging must be addressed soon. All things considered, I hope and am happy here.
Positives: Living in Taloja gives me delight. Small cafés close to Taloja MIDC and the weekend market next the train are my preferred hangouts. Rapid access to jobs and peace come first. Connecting me to Panvel and Diva, the Taloje Panchnand railway station also links to NMMT buses to Vashi and Panvel. Excellent local hospitals like Anand Hospital and Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani are nearby. For huge shopping malls, I travel to either Seawoods Nexus or Inorbit Vashi. Demand and MIDC employees assist in keeping rents consistent. The reasonable costs and tight community are what appeal most to me.
NegativeNegatives: Patchy civic services and poor road maintenance concern me. Though growing, this location still seems like home.
Positives: I love the neighbouring MIDC industrial belt at Taloja. Compared to locations like Kharghar, Taloja unquestionably satisfies finding an inexpensive rental. Part of a big plus, the operational Taloja Metro Station nearby is helping connectivity. Within the sectors, basic services, including local markets and decent clinics, are accessible. I especially enjoy the green areas and mountains that give some areas a fresh feel. Working people looking for inexpensive Navi Mumbai housing will find it a wonderful option.
NegativeNegatives: According to me, the most frustrating problem is the erratic water supply in my building. It has to be significantly improved all over the neighbourhood. Furthermore, the waste disposal process needs immediate attention.
Positives: I feel secure traversing day or night. Commutes inside the city are very simple as we are directly connected to the new Taloja Panchanand Metro Station. Near the mountains, the region seems rather green. Necessary amenities nearby include Indira Eye Hospital and St. Joseph's High School. A perfect weekend destination is the close by Kharghar Golf Course. Great future development is promised by close proximity to the forthcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport.
NegativeNegatives: Since the service is irregular at times, we urgently require better local bus line planning to link all the areas effectively. The cleanliness of the immediate market area could be substantially improved. More frequent city service is therefore needed.
Positives: I selected Taloja since the housing costs were reasonable and the rental return looked good given all the current construction around this belt. Daily commuting is made simple by the forthcoming metro access and the strong bus and auto availability. The way the region connects well with Kharghar, Panvel, and the nearby industrial areas hosting many workplaces and job centers appeals to me. The open setting and more peaceful nights are my favourite element. Living here makes me quite at ease mostly because my spending plan fits it.
NegativeNegatives: The accessibility of renowned hospitals and more shopping alternatives should rise. More attention should also be paid to cleanliness in the vicinity of a few industrial areas. Taloja nonetheless seems to be a location evolving along with me.
Positives: Living in Taloja allows me to lead a quiet, basic lifestyle that I like every day. For me, this location is special because of the vast open spaces and expanding natural surroundings around the Taloja River and natural green. I appreciate the quiet of my mornings here. For me, the Taloja Panchanand railway station and the soon-to-be Metro Line 1 expansion offer the simplest connection, therefore improving travel even more. Life is easy because there are stores, schools, and basic markets within easy access.
NegativeNegatives: There are a few areas requiring work even now. Inner paths need for smoother surfaces. Traffic close to the industrial belt may be draining. Better focus is required on drainage in certain locations. I still value Taloja's leisurely and constant allure.
Positives: Taloja is unquestionably a cheap alternative to other Navi Mumbai areas. The region has some good aspects. Connectivity is getting better, especially with the Pendhar Metro Station up and running. We are right near the magnificent Kharghar Hills. Within close proximity are basic amenities including MGM Hospital and educational centers like Shree Ram Universal School. Better metro connections as well as the Navi Mumbai International Airport under construction offer great future growth.
NegativeNegatives: The intermittent supply of water. Urgent measures also are required for the air contamination coming from the industrial belt. Management of trash demands major development. Frequent sporadic garbage collecting affects the general cleanliness of the neighbourhood.
Living at Taloja was an absolutely amazing experience. I liked the affordability and continual growth there especially since I sensed a hopeful attitude. The connectivity increases from the Taloja Panchnand railway station and the new Metro Line 1, which really reduced city travel, improved my experience. Essential conveniences were handled. Good schools like Radcliffe and healthcare access at sites like Apex Multispeciality Hospital were addressed; however, entertainment was more geared toward local markets. The lack of appropriate, continuous air pollution from the neighbouring industrial complex and the poor, irregular water supply a real daily struggle for locals were my primary disappointment in the major civic issues.
Positives: Compared with other Navi Mumbai neighbourhoods, Taloja provided very inexpensive housing, hence it was a smart decision for value. Commuting was easy particularly because of the proximity to the MIDC industrial centre for job security. The Taloja Panchnand railroad station and the new operational Taloja Metro Station on Line 1 were excellent. Among our required conveniences were Shree Sai Multispeciality Hospital and Radcliffe School, which greatly facilitated everyday living.
NegativeNegatives: The clear air pollution from the surrounding industrial zone. An erratic and inconsistent water source also needed immediate attention. Finally, in the industrial districts, I was quite let down by the growing issue of uncollected garbage and inadequate waste management.
Taloja was selected primarily for its excellent job near to the huge MIDC industrial center. Here renting is especially inexpensive and offers excellent value when compared to Kharghar. Every material is easily accessible; local markets such as Sector 24 and the Taloja Panchnand railroad station simplify life. This area combines great practicality with a peaceful environment, in my opinion. I quite like how close we are to the magnificent Kharghar Hills. Reliable, rapid connection is offered by the operational Taloja Metro station. For convenience, essential services and clinics are always nearby. Due to the adjacent industrial estate needing prompt action, the main problems are the air pollution levels and non-lifting of trash. For a young professional, this well-connected neighborhood is the perfect location.
My property investment here gives me great security and contentment. Taloja's fast expansion guarantees significant future profits. My family is content in this quiet, fast changing environment. This place provided an economical gateway into the Navi Mumbai market, which I love. Our good connection to the Sion-Panvel Expressway results from the strong infrastructure. Daily basic requirements are readily met with hospitals such Apex Multispecialty Hospital in nearby Radcliffe and schools. A huge advantage is the recently operational Taloja Metro Station, which enables easy and fast access to the metropolis. We love the gorgeous Kharghar Hills for leisure. For the expanding population in some areas, the municipal government must guarantee a more dependable water supply. Living in Navi Mumbai appears to be best found in this location going forward.
Positives: Renting here in Taloja seems safe, and the proximity to the Taloja MIDC industrial area is excellent for job access. The connectivity improvement from the new Navi Mumbai Metro Line 1 is the greatest asset; it has the Taloja Metro Station functioning and offers simple access to the city. One can get basic conveniences like Apex Multispecialty Hospital and Radcliffe School. Here I like the mix of cost and future opportunity. Right next to the magnificent Kharghar Hills, it provides a welcome respite.
NegativeNegatives: The area's air is badly contaminated by the industrial installations nearby. The growing population demands more than the present supply, so the water supply frequently presents problems.
I advise this beautiful location in Navi Mumbai to customers looking for value and consistent growth opportunities. Commuting is made simple by its well-connected roads to the Mumbai Pune Expressway, the Sion–Panvel corridor, and Panvel. Direct job possibilities in manufacturing, logistics, and related services are offered by the local railway and Taloja MIDC. Still inexpensive prices and new housing initiatives offer great value for investors and consumers. Metro Line 1 now servicing Taloja and scheduled extensions are cutting travel times and enhancing public transportation. Developers incorporate parks and open areas for families; schools, clinics and retail are close. End users are attracted to the fast changing, clean neighbourhood. Two elements to increase area are: more dependable water supply and faster last-mile public transportation in certain regions.
Positives: Initially Taloja attracted me since the homes were considerably less expensive than those in nearby Kharghar. The main employment hub, the proximity to the enormous MIDC industrial park, offered fantastic career possibilities. Thanks to the Taloja Panchnand railway station and the developing metropolitan route, connectivity was surely a great asset. Radcliffe School and Apex Multispecialty Hospital were among our local amenities.
NegativeNegatives: My major difficulty was the extreme air pollution from the factories, which was impossible to overlook. Furthermore, challenging constantly was the lack of sufficient water supply, which pushed dependence on tankers often. The local authorities urgently needed to start stricter pollution management and solve fundamental public utility infrastructure.
Positives: Being a tenant here, honestly, Taloja is quite affordable. With nearby firms like Hindalco, it is inexpensive and near the major MIDC industrial district for employment. The Taloja Panchanand station is practical, and the planned Metro link would completely transform city connection. Compared to costly Kharghar, we have good amenities including the Apex Hospital and Radcliffe School available, therefore making it a budget-friendly site.
NegativeNegatives: The water supply worries us. Many times we receive water on separate days, which is aggravating. Bins overflow all the time. Waste management is really terrible. The chemical stench emanating from the industrial belt at night occasionally worries me about overall safety and air quality as well.
For me, Taloja has proven to be an extremely wise investment; the cheap first property prices combined with quick development promise enormous future returns. The region is quite safe and offers a calm and creatively growing setting. Currently running, the Taloja Metro Station is the finest asset since it enables really simple access into the rest of the city. Essential amenities are close by; these include specialized care at AIMS Hospital and respected schools like St. Joseph High School. Connecting well to the main expressways, the infrastructure is strong. Better accessibility would come from improving the local region's whole footpaths and pavements; hence, that is my only recommendation. This place seems really to be the future of Navi Mumbai living.
Positives: Selecting Taloja was mostly driven by finding an inexpensive house in Navi Mumbai; the fundamental conveniences are unquestionably in situ. Daily life is quite simple thanks to schools like Radcliffe School and nearby medical help at Taloja General Hospital. Through excellent roadways, the connection to Panvel and the MIDC area is dependable. Living with a growing community spirit is rather safe.
NegativeNegatives: Still, I have seen several problems that have to be addressed right away to raise the level of living. First of all, faster action has to be taken on the internal roadway repairs. Second, for improved nighttime safety in some narrower lanes better street lighting is required. Finally, before the following monsoon season, the storm water drainage system demands capacity enhancements.
I have been renting here for years; Taloja's growth has been amazing. It's actually a well-connected suburb that still strikes like a getaway. I like how close we are to the beautiful Kharghar Hills, providing the community with a lovely green background. Essential services are always nearby. Being close for any urgent needs, Shree Sai Multispeciality Hospital comforts me. Particularly with the Central Line's Taloja Panchnand railway station offering dependable transit, our connectivity is superb. Proximity to the MIDC industrial hub is a great advantage for a young professional. Taloja is a reasonably livable and peaceful setting. Due to the adjacent industrial estate, air pollution levels need urgent attention.
A flourishing neighborhood and great spot for first-time investors and homeowners, Taloja is Its ideal location next to Kharghar offers great value in contrast with more congested hubs. The planned Navi Mumbai Metro will significantly improve connections to the rest of the city, especially Taloja station. Taloja benefits from methodical infrastructural development since it is an extension of the Kharghar node and under the control of Panvel Municipal Corporation. Apex Multispeciality Hospital and a number of well-known schools like Radcliffe Group of Schools are among our great social services. Among the best blends of inexpensive residential alternatives and industrial closeness (MIDC Taloja) is available here. For the highest capital appreciation, I urge you to select Taloja.
Positives: Today I'm very satisfied about my choice. With strong connections via the Taloja Metro Station on Line 1 and simple access to Kharghar, CBD Belapur, and Panvel, the area has grown well. The Navi Mumbai International Airport, which will be opening, is a big plus for future worth. Schools like Shree Ram Universal and hospitals like MGM are close by, so daily needs are readily available. Property prices are still cheap, thus producing solid rental need from working people.
NegativeNegatives: But the only things that annoy me are the infrequent water supply problems and the want for more reputable shopping and entertainment choices nearby.
Positives: Becoming an owner in Taloja was a wise investment because of its closeness to the MIDC industrial park, which offered good job possibilities. Due to the Taloja Panchnand railway station and main roadways, our neighbourhood has good connectivity. Development is quick, and we have excellent hospitals and schools like Shree Sai Multispecialty that serve well daily requirements.
NegativeNegatives: We have an unreliable water supply that has to be made more consistent. Second, non-lifting garbage is an increasing problem, therefore waste management needs to be given great attention. Finally, with the industrial presence, air pollution is palpable and better control steps are required.
The fact that Taloja is a prime emerging suburb providing the main USP of being a gateway to Navi Mumbai with really reasonably priced housing appeals most to me. One big advantage for employment is the closeness to the enormous MIDC Taloja industrial park. Connectivity is always getting better, especially with the planned Navi Mumbai Metro line, which would be game-changer. We have excellent social infrastructure including close by Apex Multispecialty Hospital and Radcliffe School. Safety is good, but constant problems include air pollution from the industrial region as well as a major drawback. Furthermore, there is a distinct and worrisome absence of appropriate water supply in many places that urgently need attention.
Positives: The sheer possibility and price offered in contrast with the highly saturated sections of Navi Mumbai was what I valued most about Taloja. Near the MIDC Taloja industrial zone were numerous employment possibilities. The Taloja Panchanand train station and the closeness to the Sion Panvel Highway also provided excellent connectivity. CIDCO clearly had ambitious plans for the area since it already running good schools and hospitals.
NegativeNegatives: The major issues needing urgent attention are the excessive air pollution from the industries, the lack of water for people, the problem of non-lifting of garbage and poor waste disposal, and repeated waterlogging in residential areas during monsoons.
Tenant Positives: Renting here is lovely; I am quite at ease. I chose it for Kharghar's significantly more reasonable rent! One great advantage is connectivity; the Pendhar Metro Station is close by. Its prime position close to the Taloja MIDC industrial center aids with employment. Nearby, we also have excellent alternatives like Sanjivani School and Sri Sathya Sai Hospital. The verdant surroundings close to the Kharghar Hills are quite appealing to me. This neighborhood is rather tranquil.
NegativeNegatives: Apart from the metro, public transportation is still expanding; hence, adequate bus service is restricted. We also observe problems with waterlogging in torrential storms, which is intrusive on busy thoroughfares. Finally, safety precautions might be improved; good street illumination and more police patrolling in Phase-2 would surely make me feel totally safe.
My 5-star rating goes to Taloja since its USP is unbeatable affordability with great potential thanks in part to the MIDC Industrial Park, it is unparalleled. Though not precisely in the middle of the city, its fast growth is fuelled by the Taloja Metro line, which dramatically improves connection; it is strategically located next to Kharghar and Panvel nodes. Good schools like Radcliffe and hospitals like Apex Multispecialty are easily accessible, as are the Kharghar Hills close by for vegetation. Near the manufacturing centres, rental returns are already increasing; hence this is a wise, secure investment. To keep pace with the increasing population and more stringent rules on industrial unit air pollution, we need better water supply.
Positives: Given that it was among the less expensive regions in Navi Mumbai, Taloja made a sensible option as it offered great value for money. Nearby, the primary industrial park presented lots of employment options. The Taloja Panchnand rail station and the growing Metro network increased connectivity. We could reach Apex Multispecialty Hospital and had schools like Radcliffe School. The area offered a pleasant living experience in what looked like a developing neighborhood with lots of promise.
NegativeNegatives: The closeness to the MIDC industrial hub meant air pollution was often obvious, which was a real health concern. Another issue was the water supply, which seemed insufficient and erratic particularly when peak demand occurred.
Positives: Our operational Taloja Panchanand Metro Station on Line 1 enables quick commuting and provides great connection. Furthermore, we have easy access to the Mumbai- Pune Expressway. Daily requirements shops abound, and essential local marketplaces are many. For serious medical and educational demands, we depend on the close M.G.M. Hospital. The lovely, green, and secure surroundings I adore. The neighbourhood is welcoming and tranquil. My favourite aspect of Taloja's future is the development of the Navi Mumbai International Airport nearby, which assures growth. Moving here is really advised.
NegativeNegatives: There are two things, nevertheless, that require immediate attention. Sometimes the quality of water delivery varies. Some internal colony roads need more care.
I couldn't be more pleased with my decision to purchase in Taloja; it's a quickly appreciating asset and such a distinctive place to own a house! Strategically placed near both Panvel and the principal Kharghar center. The Taloja railway station and the Metro Line 1 connect us very well. Radcliffe and Apeejay School among major educational institutions are only a little trip away. Still one of the most inexpensive and hopeful investment locations, it is beautiful, secure, and still very practical. This green growth seems friendly. Without a doubt, the great possibility for property value rise is what I like most. Given that the population is expanding, the frequent disruption in water supply in a few particular regions calls for stabilization. I strongly advise Taloja!
Positives: Offering a more subdued existence away from the center metropolis bustle, Taloja is a distinct, reasonably priced center. Its main asset is connectivity: local railway station links us fast to the Central Line and the Taloja Panchanand Metro Station makes commuting towards Belapur much simpler. I sense total safety here. With conversations of better highway connections, we also have enormous future promise. Access to larger amenities in Kharghar is swift and my daily needs are easily met by local markets.
NegativeNegatives: First, the internal road condition calls for extensive repair and potholes are too prevalent. Second, the public transit frequency must be far higher since obtaining a shared automobile or bus during off-peak hours can take actual wait. All things considered, I enjoy my life in this evolving, hopeful neighborhood.
Having lived in Taloja for many years, all I can say is the locality is very convenient and all the basic needs of the residents are fulfilled. The locality has proximity to markets, schools, shopping malls, and hospitals, and it is close to the airport as well. However, air pollution from chemical factories is a critical issue facing the locality. Furthermore, waterlogging in the monsoon is also common in Taloja.
I used to live in Taloja for a long time before I moved to Pune with my family. It was a very good locality in terms of conveyance, connectivity, environment, safety, and lifestyle. Housing was more affordable than in many other localities in Navi Mumbai and it had good connectivity. However, the only issue I faced was an acute shortage of water and most of the time we had to rely on water tankers.
I have been living in Taloja for many years now and I couldn’t be more satisfied. It has good proximity to hospitals, and schools and is around 40 Km away from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport. It has never been a problem for me to provide good schooling to my children, who go to Elite Public Schools. The railway station has made commuting easy for the local people along with other transport options.
It’s been a couple of years since I rented an apartment in Taloja, Navi Mumbai and it is one of the best localities I have ever lived in. It is a high-density area with affordable properties and Taloja is home to several industries. I am more excited about the fact that a metro extension has been planned and it is to get connected to Kalyan with a 20.7 Km long Metro line 11.
StarI have recently bought a property in Taloja, Navi Mumbai and so far, my experience is very good. Housing is quite affordable and most of the apartments are priced between 30 lakhs and 50 lakhs. The locality has a very good connectivity to important areas like Kharghar and CBD Belapur. The MIDC road and Kalamboli road connects Taloja to Kharghar and Panvel. The neighbourhood is very good with a friendly atmosphere.
