Kamothe is beautiful with its wide residential sectors. It is located along the Sion-Panvel Highway, which is great. The rental yield is rising here. I really love the local food stalls and hanging out at Central Park, Kharghar. Transport is great here. I dislike the pollution, crowd and noise here.

Here I have a home; my experiences are wonderful. Daily for my job, I travel by the Khandeshwar train station. With the MGM Hospital close by, the accessibility of the area for my family is my favourite thing. I simply dislike the poor night-time street lighting and the continuous water scarcity in this area.

Kamothe is wonderful to me since everything is so accessible. Being close to the Sion-Panvel Highway gives me the great travel benefit. Local restaurants and coaching centres are much loved by my family. For many reasons, I find it quite easy. I have difficulties with road traffic and heavy dust, though.

From my experiences of consistent demand and reasonable prices, Kamothe is my recommendation. The Sion-Panvel Highway, railway station access, and nearby schools help me to give it first focus. I believe it is secure for Kharghar's families and near to malls. I counsel customers on restricted parking in historic areas as well as traffic gridlock.

Staying in Kamothe makes me quite content as my daily schedule here is natural and arranged. My experience is pleasurable since my region has several grocery shops, pharmacies, banks, and reasonably priced rental houses that fit my budget. The housing areas are always busy with people, so I feel safe even at night. Evening ambiance at the CIDCO Garden appeals me as does a stroll close to the Khandeshwar lake region. I observe high rental returns resulting from medical college students nearby. The neighbourhood drainage problems and lack of appropriate parking bays aggravate me somewhat.

Kamothe pleases me tremendously, as it is both cost-effective and very well-arranged. Wide streets and excellent connectivity via Mansarovar and Khandeshwar railway stations make this location attractive. I propose this location since MGM Hospital and Ryan International School are quite near my residence. The streets are light and crowded, therefore I feel secure for women at night. I appreciate the verdant surroundings of the several little parks nearby my residence. With consistent rental increases from students and employees, my investment seems worth it. Still, I believe better trash collection and less waterlogging during severe rains are required. Life here is quite wonderful.

Kamothe is a residential locality in Navi Mumbai placed adjacent to Mumbai-Pune Expressway. The primary demand driver of the locality is upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport at around 8.5 Km. The residential development comprised of mix of low to mid rise Co-operative housing societies and multistory apartments. Some of the reputed residential projects of the locality are Bhoomi Harmony, Krishna Heights, Kailash Heights and Tharwani Residency. The locality has functional connectivity with Mumbai via Sion-Panvel Highway, JNPT Road and Mumbai-Pune National Highway. Sector 10 Kamothe metro station is planned under Phase 2 of the upcoming Navi Mumbai Metro Line. Moreover, under-construction Navi Mumbai International Airport is around 8.5 km from the locality. Panvel railway station is 5.1 km from Kamothe. Belapur Bus Stand and Panvel Bus Stand are in proximity. Some of the prominent educational institutes nearby to locality are National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Institute for Technology & Management, DAV International School and Ryan International School. Famous hospital of locality are Jeevan Jyot Hospital and Matoshree Multi speciality Hospital.Prominent mall within 5 km from the locality are Orion Mall and Mahalaxmi Mall. The locality has sound connectivity with key employment center of CBD Belapur and Taloja Industrial Estate, which are situated at a driving distance of 15-20 minutes. I am a former resident of Kamothe, Navi Mumbai and my residential experience in this locality is good. There were many schools, markets, clinics, and hospitals near my home. Some of the malls were within walking distance of the neighborhood. There were ATMs and groceries nearby. The rickshaw stand was only 2 minutes away from where I used to live. The daily commute to the workplace was easy for me.

I live in Kamothe, Navi Mumbai as a tenant for work. I find this place pretty decent and convenient for residential purposes. It is only a 10 minutes drive to the Kharghar National Park. This locality is also very close to the airport. It is well connected to the major points of the city by public transport. Mansarovar station is very close to this locality. There are many petrol pumps nearby.

I am a permanent resident of Kamothe, Navi Mumbai and I think that it is a good locality which offers all the basic amenities. The main market is very close to my home and there are many schools, hospitals, ATMs and malls nearby. This locality is close to the railway station as well. Mumbai Panvel Highway and the international airport is at a walking distance from this locality.

Positives: I live in Kamothe, and I feel very comfortable here. I enjoy going to Kharghar Central Park nearby. I use the Kamothe station daily, and I see the metro work around Navi Mumbai improving slowly. I like the local markets.

Negatives: I dislike traffic near the highway, and I need better road maintenance.
