    Due to its nearness to the Kharadi IT Hub, Wagholi was a growing neighbourhood I totally adored and always felt safe as a developing residential community. At Imax Multispecialty Hospital, we had excellent access to essential healthcare. Also, we had access to schools like Sanskriti School. Mostly via buses on the Pune-Nagar Highway, connectivity was unfortunately entirely absent when I resided there. Though larger malls were a short drive distant, entertainment mostly consisted of nearby stores and eateries. Particularly at peak hours, traffic gridlock and the air pollution problems greatly impacted general sanitation and air quality. Near the important employment hubs, it provided great worth.

    I may claim as a tenant that Wagholi provides a superb living area directly on the trajectory of expansion of the city. The great closeness to the Kharadi IT Hub drew me; my work travels are fast and effective. The rental prices are reasonable, providing excellent value for a modern apartment. Thanks to D Mart and the lively neighborhood marketplaces, all everyday needs are readily accessible. I find the friendly community atmosphere and the beautiful, revitalizing green. Although the bus services are dependable, the sole big missing item here is the remarkable lack of a dedicated metro connection. I'm worried about the poor street lighting along some internal roads. Generally, I really value the easy existence I have discovered here.

    For my family and me, relocating to Wagholi was the greatest option. My apartment here makes me very safe and joyful. Pune East offered great value and long-term growth possibilities. Hence I chose this location. With premier institutions like Sanskriti and several other nearby colleges, access to excellent education is a great advantage. Daily essential requirements are easily met because nearby are hospitals like Imax Multispecialty and huge stores like D Mart. Traveling is made easy by connectivity through the short drive to the Airport and the Pune-Nagar Highway. On weekends, we find pleasure in the varied food options and verdant parks. Better management of the traffic on the main road during peak office hours is clearly required to improve flow.

Though a metro station is not yet available, Pune-Nagar Highway and the close 10 minutes from Pune Airport For foodies, Green9 and numerous restaurants nearby, Lexicon International School and Imax Mult speciality Hospital, plus a solid social infrastructure abound. Compared to other areas of Pune, the rents are really cheap. Although the safety is mostly good, I wish there were better street illumination on some inside roads. The two main gaps are certainly the lack of suitable metro connection and the need of more effective Gram Panchayat maintenance of managed locations.

Although its central downtown location is missing, its great connection is a significant advantage, particularly given that the airport is only 10 minutes away! Among institutions such Lexicon International School and multispecialty centres like Imax Hospital, we have excellent social infrastructure. Furthermore, it is much more economical than Viman Nagar is it. The modest amount of parks and vegetation bordering the housing developments appeals to me. But for this region to be genuinely flawless, we need the local civic bodies to get more involved in waste management and solve the frequent, unanticipated power outages.

    Positives: Through Nagar Road, Wagholi provides the smooth link to the Kharadi IT complex. Even walking about during the day, I feel quite secure here. Facilities such as IMAX Hospital equip us. Nearby are outstanding schools like Sanskriti School and G H Raisoni College. Though Ramwadi is now the closest working metro station, the planned Pune Metro Phase-2 expansion coming right here excites possibilities for the future. The region provides good green and my quiet refuge is Wadegaon Lake.

    Negatives: Urgent control of the persistent heavy traffic near Kesnand Phata is needed, especially during peak hours. Students and residents really need a big, committed public library system here.

    Positives: Because of its proximity to significant employment and IT hubs, I decided on Wagholi. Many working people come to nearby tech parks drawn by the local area's strong rental yield. Within a radius of 8–12 km are the closest major employment centers Kharadi, Koregaon, and Viman Nagar. From the Wagholi Bus Stand on the Pune-Nagar Highway, bus and auto connection is strong. Affordability is my favourite feature; it presents fantastic value relative to core Pune city. Generally speaking, I am happy with the security.

    Negatives: The complete lack of metro connectivity is a big letdown that forces dependence on road transport, therefore aggravating offensive traffic congestion. For long-term expansion, the local authorities need to speed up approved road and drainage projects.
