This locality has all basic facilities like schools, colleges, hospitals, banks, ATMs, shops, and markets nearby the location. This locality is 300 meters away from Nagar Road and has good connectivity with other parts of the city. The roads are well maintained with proper street lights in this area. The local people are helping and peace-loving nature and it makes the place friendly for living.

Positives: I found enormous benefit in Wagholi, which seemed like a growing centre. Its cheapness relative to other Pune neighbourhoods drew strong rental demand, thus making it the finest. Furthermore, they were more restricted than in central Pune, where daily public transportation choices were limited because the area had no official Metro connection.

Negatives: Irregular water supply is the most painful area as it causes several communities to depend on costly trucks. Furthermore, the open sewage flow must be stopped by a total renovation of the drainage system; enhanced solid waste management would immediately result in considerably cleaner throughout our whole community.

Positives: I chose Wagholi mostly for its reasonable price compared to that of central Pune. Though metro wasn't available, being near to the Pune-Nagar Highway was a great benefit providing strong connectivity. For everyday needs, the neighbourhood markets and D-Mart were handy. All things considered, it was a convenient and cozy place to get started.
