Positives: I just moved out and felt I was somewhat disappointed with the progress of public facilities. I thought the civic infrastructure had fallen behind residential development. The excellent things were how close everything was to the World Trade Centre and Phoenix Marketcity that is my observation. I appreciated being able to quickly locate medical facilities and fine dining establishments nearby.
NegativeNegatives: I was let down that I longed for more community areas, and I assumed there were no future projects aiming at improved storm drainage. Some areas demanded enhancement. Always pending were the road construction projects. The poor street lighting on certain interior roads was dangerous. Waterlogging was a great calamity during the monsoons.
Positives: The biggest benefit is the nearby IT hubs like the EON Free Zone. Being a rising residential and IT hotspot, this area is rather well known. The surroundings are quite well-developed and amicable. The coming Pune Metro Phase 2 will provide extremely simple travel. At present we depend on practical PMPML buses and autos. We have Shankarrao Ursal College of Pharmacy nearby and Rising Medicare Hospital close by. High demand causes the rental yield to be great.
NegativeNegatives: The fact that some highways still have deep potholes needing prompt maintenance and the air contamination produced by industrial activity needing fast control are my concerns.
Positives: Kharadi was a positive encounter. Becoming a major IT center with EON Free Zone, I felt really ecstatic there because it was so advantageous. New constructions were rapidly covering the whole area. Using Nagar Road, connectivity was excellent. The future Hadapsar-Swargate-Kharadi Metro Line Phase 2 was a major point of conversation. Accessible as well were the alleged Manipal Hospital and Shankarrao Ursal College.
NegativeNegatives: It always felt terrible to see the peak-hour traffic backups close to the major intersections. Frequent waterlogging in the low-lying regions during intense monsoons worried me. Therefore, the drainage system had to be quickly fixed. Parking was also always a major headache for residents.
Positives: Kharadi is a huge IT hub. The commute from work is extremely brief. The best aspect of living here is this walk-to-work attitude. Affordability is challenging, though, as rents rise quickly. Excellent connectivity with Nagar Road access means that prominent hospitals and schools are all close. Certainly, a popular, practical neighbourhood to live in.
NegativeNegatives: For women, it usually seems secure. But better street lighting and more police patrolling near the river are needed for night safety. Major concerns include reliance on pricey water tankers, heavy waterlogging during monsoon, dreadful peak-hour traffic, and fast loss of green cover as a result of building. I hope the company will address these societal problems swiftly.
Positives: I strongly advise Kharadi even though the rent is high. I am here mostly due to the several nearby IT employment possibilities. I find great convenience in living here. To get to work at the EON Free Zone, I just walk. Regular PMPML buses make travelling simple. I always find auto-rickshaws quite readily even late at night. A fantastic advancement would be the new Pune Metro Phase 2 route with Kharadi station. For my exercises, the Sounds Fitt Gym is my preferred location.
NegativeNegatives: Still, facilities improvements are much needed right now. Poor drainage in the region causes waterlogging during torrential rains. Moreover, certain internal roads have numerous potholes that call for quick mending.
Positives: I am really happy I bought my property in Kharadi, due to the IT hub. It is a great investment for me. Particularly given the proximity of the EON Free Zone and World Trade Centre to my home, I heartily advise it. For my kids, the amazing schools like Victorious Kidss Educares are the chief benefit. Phoenix Marketcity close to here is where we love buying. Due to Nagar Road, the region boasts remarkable connectivity, and the fresh metro work is enthralling.
NegativeNegatives: Daily continuous traffic gridlock near important intersections is my chief worry. Additionally, I believe there are parking problems in the building often; the indoor space needs better management for air pollution.
Positives: Kharadi's amazing lifestyle and culinary scene gave it its most important advantage. Particularly since I was next to the World Trade Centre, I came here for the vibrancy and sheer number of work possibilities. The closeness of Nagar Road and Lohegaon Airport gives the connectivity and transport network great strength. Although safety was excellent, there isn't much actual vegetation inside the primary residential regions it's mostly fresh construction.
NegativeNegatives: I finally departed since life became challenging due to the continuous major parking problems. Furthermore, better and more regular pothole maintenance is necessary for the internal sector roads to effectively manage the great daily flow of traffic.
Positives: Being a working professional, the rental affordability is affordable given its proximity to the main IT parks such EON Free Zone. Hence, I chose Kharadi. Because my trip is so brief, the area is wonderful. Although PMPML buses and cars abound, I am mostly interested in the next Metro Phase 2 line. Connectivity with PMPML cars and buses is good. Generally safe, the neighbourhood has great amenities including close hospitals like Rising Medicare. It presents a genuine contemporary, urban lifestyle replete with top-notch eateries.
NegativeNegatives: Every day, the traffic near the major chowks during rush hour is unbearable. The issue of waterlogging in low-lying regions during the monsoon has to be quickly addressed.
Positives: Because this is the major Pune IT hub, with the World Trade Center right here and the EON Free Zone, we gain great benefits. Since the Pune Metro Phase 2 will bring a line straight to Kharadi, the future is bright. I want to remain and maintain my property for years. For the robust job market and excellent hospitals like Manipal, Kharadi is advised for everyone. The closeness to the airport just around 6 km amazed me most.
NegativeNegatives: Since holes show up occasionally, better road upkeep is necessary. Waterlogging along low-lying regions during strong monsoons also calls for a certain solution with better drainage.
Kharadi is, in my professional assessment, the most unusual and future-ready investment destination in all of Pune. Its unique strategic location with seamlessly connecting the airport, Magarpatta, and the main IT corridor, It’s a great benefit. This micro-market offers a very high rental yield and is inexpensive in relation to core areas. With alternatives such The Orbis School, Manipal Hospital, and the neighboring Phoenix Marketcity for shopping, social infrastructure is great. Given that the capital appreciation rate is always excellent, I highly advise Kharadi. Two things requiring immediate attention for maximizing future worth are hastening the Metro Line 4 construction and actively upgrading interior feeder roads to keep up with the fast expansion of the region.
I have just moved into Kharadi and my encounter has been really excellent. Being close to all the main IT hubs, this neighborhood is well positioned for working people. Connectivity is excellent; I depend on the often bus; the future Metro Line 4 is really thrilling. I was really impressed by the good-planned and well-maintained sewage system as well as the dependable infrastructure found throughout the area. As the closest major business hubs, the EON IT Park and World Trade Centre is absolutely the ideal choice. Because hospitals like EuroSchool are so near, this place comes highly recommended. One item that has to be continuously looked at, in my opinion, is building more assigned pedestrian crossings for security.
I am so glad I decided to put money here in Kharadi; indeed, my choice was really wise. This location seems rather core as Nagar Road makes it simple to access major Pune sites like Kalyani Nagar. For transport options close to my home, the future Pune Metro Line 4 near Kharadi Bypass will be a big help. With strong police patrolling in the area, the area seems safe. We appreciate the excellent clean environs around my home and the fair vegetation. The EON Waterfront Lifestyle Zone is my preferred hangout location. Should any requirement arise, Columbia Asia Hospital is nearby; my children go to Victorious Kidss Educares. My one idea for improvement is the ongoing need of better road management for peak traffic flow.
Positives: Kharadi struck me as the selection for my office minutes away. For everyday commuting, I would consider the bus and shuttle services. The Pune airport is actually rather near for weekend excursions. I believe hospitals like Columbia Asia are reachable rapidly. Small malls and neighborhood markets cover my requirements. I find great office centres like the World Trade Center and EON IT Park to be very close.
NegativeNegatives: Though there are little green pockets, there are fewer major public parks. Though more expensive than previous neighbourhoods, living here is reasonable for the convenience. Water and civic services need faster solutions soon, I can state.
Positives: I love living in Kharadi very much. I adore the modest cafés close to EON IT Park and the brief strolls around fresh apartment buildings. Being near my work is first priority; Kharadi has numerous tech firms and the World Trade Center nearby. Strong job demand, good road access to Pune airport, and lots of regular shops are among the major benefits. My daily travel is made easier by bus services and metropolitan expansion initiatives. Schools are nearby for children, and hospitals like Sahyadri and Columbia Asia are within a brief journey.
NegativeNegatives: Healthy returns result from stable rental demand. Although I like the convenience here, I worry about sporadic local maintenance and greater power expenses for some companies.
Positives: Kharadi is amazing since EON IT Park was so nearby. Modern and with nearby excellent hospitals including Manipal are the area. With stores like Phoenix Marketcity just a short drive away, shopping was also simple. Though the overall cost of living was growing, it was a pleasant place to live, especially given the good flats accessible.
NegativeNegatives: Peak hour traffic near the primary crossroads was very bad. Public transportation needed a major upgrade, yet the Pune Metro initiative seemed tardy to conclude. Lack of adequate, orderly parking and the bad waterlogging and potholes that showed on the roadways every monsoon were the worst problems.
Positives: This area is perfect for IT professionals like me. Although the rent in Pune is not the lowest, the premium lifestyle conveniences. Also, it has great job proximity seems to make it worth it. From amazing eating options to Phoenix Marketcity and top hospitals like Manipal, everything is available. I think this is the main positive. I find the beautiful, more reviving spots close to the Mula-Mutha Riverbank really appealing.
NegativeNegatives: I think one annoying feature of rush hour is the heavy traffic congestion close to the main road. It significantly slows down my travel. Separately, the drainage system needs a strong upgrade, as there is waterlogging and slight flooding during the monsoon season. I feel these issues are a serious concern and upset daily life here.
Positives: Kharadi loves how close the EON IT Park and World Trade Centre are to one another. Soon to connect us will be the suggested Ramwadi Station, the next metro. We have excellent medical facilities including Columbia Asia Hospital, and the children go to Victorious Kidss Educares. It is nearby the Dhole Patil College. A special recreational getaway is offered by the green belt around the Mula-Mutha River.
NegativeNegatives: Particularly on the main road, the traffic bottleneck is a major worry that affects bad sides. Furthermore, I am quite annoyed by the bad upkeep and drainage of some inner access roads, more so during the monsoons. Need enhance public transportation access.
Positives: Because of the high concentration of IT experts, Kharadi's rental market is outstanding; hence I decided on it. The area's great demand for rentals ensures a good rental yield. Although there is now no functioning metro, the planned Hadapsar-Swargate-Kharadi line will greatly increase connection. Easily local transportation is guaranteed by buses and auto-rickshaws. My favourite aspect is that it is adjacent to top-notch IT parks. Though a bit on the costlier side today, the area has great worth for the spent cash. The nearest IT centers, like Zensar Knowledge Park, are here.
NegativeNegatives: Local roads have potholes is one of my major worries; air contamination is another significant issue to be managed.
Positives: Being the center of Pune's Eastern IT Corridor, Kharadi combines contemporary living with great employment possibilities. Because all I need is close by, I live a pretty simple existence here. I am drawn by the amazing closeness to significant IT hubs like EON Free Zone and World Trade Centre. Through Nagar Road and the soon-to-be metro line offers the simplest connection. Some homes have stunning views and a feeling of lushness thanks to the area's slightly undulating terrain close to the Mula–Mutha River.
NegativeNegatives: There are a few cons, though, that disgust me. Daily commuters suffer greatly from traffic congestion during peak hours. Moreover urgent attention is needed for waterlogging problems occurring throughout the monsoon season as a result of a weak drainage system.
Positives: Renting in Kharadi is becoming more costly, but its close to the massive EON Free Zone IT centre still makes it bearable. Not far is the Ramwadi Metro Station. The area is well-connected to the Airport. Good amenities include K J's Educational Institute, Amanora Mall nearby, and Manipal Hospital. The future growth of the Pune Metro Line 3 guarantees a sure good development for general connectivity.
NegativeNegatives: The ongoing extensive building generates great dust and noise pollution. We also have regular, worrying problems with the water supply in some neighbourhoods. But what really affects our standard of life is the growing frequency of little thefts and general night-time security problems.
I truly loved the Pune's bustling IT hub, which defined my experience there. The proximity to EON Free Zone and World Trade Centre was a great benefit and the region felt safe. Connectivity was good; we depended on cabs and PMPML buses and looked forward to the next Hadapsar-Swargate-Kharadi metro line. For services, we had first-rate educational possibilities like the Orchids in addition to excellent nearby healthcare at Rising Medicare Hospital. The International School. Shopping in Phoenix Marketcity offers lots of fun. My main gripe, though, was the ongoing traffic jams close to important crossings during rush hour, and I hated the waterlogging in low-lying locations every monsoon that invariably slowed things down.
Positives: I really liked the modern mood Kharadi gave off as a dynamic, worldwide neighbourhood centred on professional life. The best thing was its near adjacency to the main IT parks, which meant my commute was nearly non-existent, is a great relief. Our superb facilities included top schools and the nearby Columbia Asia Hospital, and safety was outstanding. For every weekend, shopping malls and a great range of restaurants offered enough entertainment choices.
NegativeNegatives: Bottle-necks and traffic clogs during office hours. The constant, swift construction all around; the dust and noise felt nonstop. Beyond company buses, the public transportation system was still quite underdeveloped. Therefore people had to rely much on personal cars.
Kharadi was chosen to be a simple daily trip because the office is unmatchedly close to my job at World Trade Centre Pune. Though it's certainly a premium site, the wide-ranging amenities warrant the cost. This place has everything you need for a contemporary, urban lifestyle; it is vibrant. The lively mood of the neighborhood appeals to me as well as its easy access to restaurants and stores. Nearby green areas and the soon-to-be metro station help us as well for future trips. Although the area feels fairly safe and secure, the constant waterlogging on low-lying roads throughout the monsoon raises questions in me. Still, Kharadi has my great appreciation for the sheer ease of life close to the commercial center.
As a homeowner here, I feel really happy; my Kharadi life has been a great investment choice. Because of its close access to IT centres such as EON Free Zone, I picked this location to guarantee high property appreciation and high rental demand. We are immediately able to get all needed for family life. Right here are great institutions like Victorious Kids Educares and top hospitals like Manipal. Daily basic needs are easily satisfied, and malls like Phoenix Marketcity have fantastic drinks and shopping available. Connectivity is excellent, with great highways providing smooth travel and Pune Airport close by. Better handling of the congested traffic during peak office hours and more organized neighborhood parking would improve the living experience.
Positives: Travel is easy thanks to the Pune-Ahmednagar Highway. We have excellent shopping at Phoenix Marketcity, and daily needs are met. Getting into well-known institutions such as Columbia Asia Hospital and Podar International is simple. Here I feel bright, and I'm quite eager for the great change the planned Pune Metro Line 3 would cause. For a mix of business parks, residential complexes, and the natural scene close to the Mula-Mutha River is amazing. Kharadi is strongly advised as a renter.
NegativeNegatives: One can find annoying the terrible traffic jams, notably at peak hour on internal roadways. To manage the quick growth, the local road maintenance and drainage system must be urgently and constantly improved.
I often point out to customers that Kharadi is really Pune's main investment center since it has great potential. Its great appeal comes from its position along the Pune-Ahmednagar Highway and its proximity to prominent IT parks, like EON Free Zone, guaranteeing good employment opportunities. Supporting a great lifestyle, the strong social infrastructure includes top-rated schools and first-rate hospitals like K K Hospital. Though property values are somewhat higher, their future expansion and excellent connections justify them. But the neighbourhood still has to improve on handling peak-hour traffic congestion and solving waterlogging problems in some locations during the monsoon season. Buying here guarantees a future in one of Pune's most active communities.
Positives: I discovered the Kharadi neighbourhood very energetic when I resided there mostly because of the abundance of big IT parks like EON Free Zone. Because of their closeness to so many businesses, high rental demand was clear. Daily life was quite pleasant since Viman Nagar was easily connected and having first-class healthcare from facilities like Rising Medicare as well as great schooling at Victorious Kidss Educares.
NegativeNegatives: Waterlogging often occurred during the monsoon, which was a true trouble and the worst offender was the bad drainage system. Though I was near a developing region, I also thought the overall road quality in the side-lanes was poor and needed more better paving and fewer potholes.
Positives: Being a renter in Kharadi, I can say it's a great spot with World Trade Centre or EON Free Zone, major IT centers. The best thing is how close I am to the office, reducing travel time. Connectivity is excellent with the Pune-Ahmednagar Highway just outside. Rakshak Hospital and plenty of shopping at Phoenix Marketcity are some of our prominent hospitals.
NegativeNegatives: Poor drainage causes waterlogging to be a major problem during the monsoon. Traveling by scooter is difficult because the internal roads frequently have large holes. At night, some roads feel very empty, especially those close to the river bank; improved police patrols would absolutely increase the sensation of security here.
Kharadi has a very content owner; I believe I made a fantastic investment choice. Surrounding the World Trade Center Pune and many leading tech parks, the area has swiftly evolved into Pune's main IT center, which sustains high demand for rentals. With the forthcoming Ramwadi Metro Station nearby, connectivity is rather strong, and there is simple access to Pune Airport and main roadways. Schools like Victorious Kidss Educares and hospitals such Columbia Asia Hospital are nearby, therefore families live easy. Though the region is inexpensive in relation to some other high-end neighborhoods, the infrastructure feels contemporary, safe, and lively. More public pocket-parks for community recreation would be something I would wish to see better.
Positives: Living here allows me many preferences Kharadi offers. I get at my work rapidly and have excellent alternatives for entertainment, cafés, and shopping malls within easy range. After my employment, the nearby green bands and parks let me relax. The security and amenities in my neighborhood and building help me to relax.
NegativeNegatives: I have noticed some problems that call for resolution, though. First, the municipal garbage collection in some communities is not regular; second, there are sporadic water-supply drops in summer; and third, better pedestrian walkways and lighting in particular inner lanes might enable safer evening strolls. Despite these minor details, I am still proud to reside in Kharadi and consider it to be a excellent housing and investment option.
Calling Kharadi my home fits the perfect urban lifestyle I was after. Having top-tier universities and significant technical parks within a few minutes' travel is priceless. With several committed nearby hospitals, emergency services are strong and ensure rapid access to care and safety. More than just urban life, this energetic neighborhood provides excellent relaxation in the devoted green pockets and riverbank walks. Here we feel very safe and connected. I strongly advise Kharadi for anybody seeking a total home setting. For better, I only have one little suggestion: expand the availability of public-access sporting amenities for community use.
Kharadi, Pune is today a matchless investment opportunity. Being the focal point of the EON IT cluster guarantees constant high rental demand and excellent capital appreciation, therefore top suggestions from a broker. Boasting world-class medical facilities including Manipal Hospital and benefiting from outstanding infrastructure, the area is future-ready. The Pune-Ahmednagar Highway provides effortless connectivity. The operating Ruby Hall Clinic Metro Station is just seven kilometers distant. The Mula- Mutha River's close proximity offers people plenty of open areas. This is the obvious choice for any potential buyer looking to build long-term riches. The only part I believe requires enhancement is the final finish of some internal road stretches to correspond with the nearby growth.
Positives: I really like residing here. The area seems contemporary, spotless, and very well connected to important areas of Pune like Magarpatta, Kalyani Nagar, and Viman Nagar. Travel is made quite simple by the Nagar Road and future Metro Line from Ramwadi. The closeness of top IT centers like EON IT Park and World Trade Center fascinates me. Excellent schools are Victorious Kids Educares and The Kothari International; close by are hospitals like Manipal and Columbia Asia. Thanks to its increasing corporate population and infrastructure, the area also produces respectable rental revenues.
NegativeNegatives: During business hours, traffic around EON Chowk is sometimes overburdening; some interior roadways still have need of better drainage and upkeep.
Positives: It has been great to start Kharadi. It really is a first-rate place with great way of living. Being so near to large IT parks and commercial centres like EON Free Zone, it is perfect for professionals. For my family, the great social infrastructure including high-quality schools and premier hospitals like Rakshak Hospital offers great peace of mind and comfort.
NegativeNegatives: The enormous number of cars causes us parking problems frequently, and the inadequate drainage system usually results in waterlogging during the monsoons. I also wish the authorities will rapidly tackle the growing air pollution caused by traffic and construction since that would significantly enhance daily living.
Being a major IT centre with behemoths such EON IT Park and the World Trade Centre makes its largest USP. Due to Nagar Road, this area is providing us excellent connectivity and convenient access to locations like Magarpatta and Viman Nagar. With Ramwadi as the closest station, the future Metro Line 3 would revolutionise transportation. First-rate education like Victorious Kidss Educare and high-quality healthcare available at Manipal Hospital. Phoenix Marketcity also covers entertainment. The area seems quite safe and secure, and though rent is rather expensive owing to demand, the convenience makes it worthwhile. Better last-mile public transportation along the narrower residential lanes and more committed local parks are my only recommendations.
Positives: Kharadi's contemporary, high-tech feel fits a working professional like me very well. I picked it, as it is the biggest East Pune IT corridor directly on the Pune-Ahmednagar Highway. It is not central, but I am close to big centres, including EON Free Zone and World Trade Centre. Local institutions include The Bishop's School as well as hospitals like Rakshak Hospital. While rent is relatively high, the neighborhood is expanding quickly.
NegativeNegatives: First of all, traffic congestion on the Pune-Ahmednagar Highway during peak hours is a major issue. Second, the drainage system is still bad, which leads to waterlogging on some roads during severe monsoons. Third, a drawback for a quiet life, construction and intense traffic cause air and noise pollution to increase.
I advise Kharadi 5-star because it is the fastest developing IT superpower. Professionals are well situated here, directly on the Pune- Ahmednagar Highway and near to significant centres like the EON Free Zone and World Trade Centre. The Pune-Mumbai Expressway and the forthcoming Pune Metro Line 1 offer outstanding connectivity. Nearby Phoenix Marketcity, Victorious Kidss Educares' best schools, and Rakshak Hospital among others are all here. The area boasts excellent rental returns and has a good safety record. Though the characteristics here veer toward the premium end, the appreciation in value is amazing. The drainage system has poor performance and frequently causes monsoon waterlogging. Many highways close to the IT parks have to be fixed right away; thus, huge improvements are needed.
Positives: Right outside EON Free Zone and the World Trade Centre, it was a legitimate IT hub. This meant simple job access and a extremely energetic gathering of young professionals. Also great was the general social infrastructure. Nearby, we had numerous specialized hospitals as well as first-rate institutions. Moreover, traveling became simple due to the connection to the Pune-Ahmednagar Highway.
NegativeNegatives: Many people were priced out by the exorbitant property expenses. The monsoon saw regular waterlogging as a result of the bad drainage system. Particularly near the major IT parks during peak hour, there was also the ongoing problem of traffic congestion. Some highways also have potholes that really demand maintenance.
Positives: Selecting Kharadi mostly depended on its great proximity to the EON IT area. Having basics like K K Hospital and Phoenix Market city close by made daily life very easy and effortlessly getting onto Nagar Road. Victorious Kidss Educares gave us excellent schools access. It was a vibrant, changing area with a premium vibe, which implied houses were rapidly costing premium. Here, the general living experience was rather pleasant.
NegativeNegatives: Finding suitable parking was a daily irritation, especially in the more thickly populated residential areas surrounding the commercial hubs. More importantly, the drainage system suffered terribly in strong storms. Regular monsoon waterlogging made it difficult to go for a few days.
Positives: Owning a house in Kharadi is really great. Superb connectivity located directly on the Pune-Ahmednagar Highway simplifies travel. Future Pune Metro Line 1 will only serve to improve conditions. We have great hospitals such Rakshak Hospital and top schools such Victorious Kidss Educares. A great benefit of Phoenix Market city is its coverage of entertainment and shopping. Particularly being so near to the EON IT cluster, which is my preferred feature, I really like the energetic, youthful neighbourhood vibe here. Kharadi is very safe and contemporary, therefore I really suggest it.
NegativeNegatives: Particularly during office hours, traffic congestion is a major problem. The inadequate drainage system leads to waterlogging during the monsoons.
Knowing Kharghar is the greatest long-term investment in Navi Mumbai, I purchased my flat here. With the future MTHL increasing accessibility to South Mumbai and the airport close, it is quite strategically placed with great appreciation potential. For an owner, I cherish the great quality of life; big tree-lined streets and gorgeous landscaping surrounding the Little World Mall are just ideal. Nearby premium medical facilities like ACTREC guarantee excellent civic infrastructure. This is most without question a premium region with great safety. I am rather pleased with my choice and suggest it for permanent residency. The present rental yield has to be better for the price bracket. Hence only improvement is needed.
Positives: I immediately saw how special it was. The area is notable in the eastern corridor because of its superb access to the airport, Nagar Road, and the Pune–Ahmednagar Highway as well as its excellent connections. It seems well-rounded given schools like Pune International School and hospitals like Columbia Asia Hospital serve families and big IT parks around. The amenities are affordable, hence I feel at ease here. The simplicity of going to work is what I find most appealing.
NegativeNegatives: During peak hours, traffic jams develop around the main highways. Although there is expansion, there is still less open green park space than one would want for in such a highly congested area. I still strongly advise living here for its balanced lifestyle.
There is something about the small town of Kharadi in Maharashtra that has made it a preferred location for home buyers. A bustling residential area located on the eastern corridor of Pune, Kharadi houses some of the best residential spaces across Maharashtra. The residential apartments in Kharadi are available at an affordable price of Rs 5,600 per sq ft on an average, making the market even more attractive. Interestingly, there has been an increase in the overall prices by around 20 per cent in the past three years. Nearly 170 projects have been launched in the region. While the water supply has been an issue in the area for a while, the civic authority is promising to address the issue in future. A business destination:- Kharadi is home to some of the biggest IT parks namely Zensar Knowledge Park, MIDC Knowledge Park, Eon IT Park and World Trade Center. The IT companies located on the Nagar Road are in proximity, too. The locality is also an SEZ and an EON Free Zone. Besides, there are other renowned corporates such as Eaton, Synechron, Wipro, Polaris, Reliance, Tata Communication and Zensar. Softinfology Pvt Ltd, Tieto, Citicorp Services India Pvt. Ltd, Vodafone, Meltek Infosystems, Polaris, Eaton, Honeywell, Sears, Mphasis, Barclays, Symantec. Presence of offices and commercial spaces in the neighbourhood makes Kharadi a perfect investment and home buying choice for home seekers. Powered with well-developed social infrastructure Educational institutions such as Nirmala Convent, URSAL College, International School and Shankarrao College of Pharmacy are nestled in the locality. Furthermore, there are a number of prestigious hospitals like Prathmesh Hospital, New Municipal Hospital, Rakshak Hospital and Aditya Hospital along with popular bank and ATM branches and restaurants. Connecting ways:- Kharadi is well connected to other parts of the city through major roads including Kharadi Road, Kharadi South Main Road and Magarpatta Road. There is also an availability of a robust public transportation system. The state highway MH SH 27 is linked to the locality, which further boosts the connectivity. Fulfilling residential needs:- There is an availability of a variety of residential options including affordable as well as luxury apartments. Kumar Urban KUL Nation, Austin Engineers Regalia, Nyati Elysia and Rama Erande Group Swami Raj are some of the key projects in Kharadi. Marvel Realtors Aquanas, Panchshil Towers and Marvel Realtors Cerise are some luxury projects in Kharadi offering some of the finest amenities. Nature at its best :- Being moderately hilly and nestled on a river bank, most of the housing properties in Kharadi offer picturesque views of the serene surroundings. There is also plenty of greenery across the locality.
The upcoming Ring Road is expedited to increase the connectivity of the Kharadi area. I find the pace to be perfect for residential living with all conveniences nearby. Schools, Banks, Parks, and many other open spaces give the locality a posh touch. Retail options are many due to its placement against Samrak Ashok Road and Magarpatta Road. But many areas around the locality in the by-lanes experience waterlogging issues.
City Vista, a nearby market area, is accessible on foot from the World Trade Center. The IT powerhouse of Pune's Eastern Corridor is Kharadi. In terms of homes, businesses, and public spaces, it is the region that is expanding most quickly. All public transit is easily accessible, and the airport and train station are nearby. The Social Infrastructures are well-built.
Though Kharadi is a posh locality with a good social infrastructure it might still be a bit overhyped as the property valuation is rising steeply. The value of apartments in the locality is higher than in the surrounding neighborhood due to the IT parks nearby. If you are working there it is a great residential area but people who seek a city life might be dissatisfied as the leisure options are few in the locality.
Given the easy access to the city, Kharadi is a popular destination for working people and ex-pats. Kharadi is an excellent place, in my opinion. It is a lovely and picturesque area. Nearby are all the necessary amenities including stores, hospitals, schools, and colleges. Wring in the IT Park I find it very convenient to live here and my daily commute and from work is easy which makes me like the locality of Kharadi even more.
Kharadi, a suburb of Pune, is home to several reputable businesses and IT behemoths across numerous industries. One of Pune's most well-known neighborhoods, Kharadi is flanked by three significant IT Parks and commercial areas. Pune's real estate market is undergoing massive building, as potential purchasers searching for adequately priced complexes in Kharadi have always placed Pune's real estate market at the top of their list of investment opportunities.
