Positives: I find this area's quick development rather appealing. Though well linked to major areas of Pune such as Kharadi and Viman Nagar, it feels calm. Travel is made easy on the Nagar Road, and the future Metro Line from Ramwadi will enhance it even further. Nearby are excellent colleges such as Lexicon International and Victorious Kids Educares as well as hospitals like Lifeline and Balaji, which I appreciate greatly. Restaurants, shopping malls, and daily requirements are all nearby. Given its increasing demand, property here presents excellent value and good rental income.

Negatives: I feel the internal roadways still need better maintenance, though; occasionally during the summer months water supply problems occur.

Positives: Being an owner, I believe it was wise to go to Wagholi. The value and possibilities here are enormous. For a place with such easy access to significant schools like D Mart and vast supermarkets, we are so near the Kharadi IT Hub, and the cost is unbeatable. Families can have a bright, contemporary lifestyle here where this region is really thriving.

Negatives: Irregular water supply is the most painful area as it causes several communities to depend on costly trucks. Furthermore, the open sewage flow must be stopped by a total renovation of the drainage system; enhanced solid waste management would immediately result in considerably cleaner throughout our whole community.

The value of this Pune East site and the simplicity with which I may reach my office led me to select it. Though a metro station is not yet available, Pune-Nagar Highway and the close 10 minutes from Pune Airport For foodies, Green9 and numerous restaurants nearby, Lexicon International School and Imax Mult speciality Hospital, plus a solid social infrastructure abound. Compared to other areas of Pune, the rents are really cheap. Although the safety is mostly good, I wish there were better street illumination on some inside roads. The two main gaps are certainly the lack of suitable metro connection and the need of more effective Gram Panchayat maintenance of managed locations.

Positives: Last year I moved to Wagholi, Pune, and so far it has been a rather positive experience. Via Nagar Road, the region links well to Kharadi, Viman Nagar, and the Pune Airport. Working in Wagholi, I always tell my customers that the genuine value in Pune East resides here. Its strategic location directly on the Pune-Nagar Highway and closeness to the Kharadi IT Hub set it apart here. Although its central downtown location is missing, its great connection is a significant advantage, particularly given that the airport is only 10 minutes away! Among institutions such Lexicon International School and multispecialty centres like Imax Hospital, we have excellent social infrastructure. Furthermore, it is much more economical than Viman Nagar is it. The modest amount of parks and vegetation bordering the housing developments appeals to me. But for this region to be genuinely flawless, we need the local civic bodies to get more involved in waste management and solve the frequent, unanticipated power outages.

Negatives: The utter absence of metro connections and terrible traffic congestion on the major road made commuting tiresome. Installing more streetlights on interior roadways, reducing traffic congestion at the highway crossroads, resolving the persistent water supply problems, and controlling the significant dust and noise pollution are the four necessary changes.

Positives: I chose Wagholi mostly for its reasonable price compared to that of central Pune. Though metro wasn't available, being near to the Pune-Nagar Highway was a great benefit providing strong connectivity. Hospitals such Imax Multispecialty were rather easily accessible, while institutions like Lexicon International School and G.H. Raisoni College were outstanding. For everyday needs, the neighbourhood markets and D-Mart were handy. All things considered, it was a convenient and cozy place to get started.

Negatives: A significant issue was pollution, perhaps caused by the industrial area, which occasionally had an impact on the air quality. Particularly on shorter stretches away from the main road, the interior roads frequently lacked fundamental conveniences like adequate street lights.

Positives: The Pune-Nagar Highway has great connectivity for Wagholi. Quick access to the Kharadi IT Hub and Pune Airport, which is just around ten minutes away, makes this ideal. Negatives: The daily traffic on Nagar Road is the one area that has to be immediately improved. Though the Ramwadi to Wagholi Metro extension (component of Pune Metro Phase 2) is approved and promises to fix all our transportation problems soon, there is also no operational metro now.

This locality is good for people from every kind of economic background. This place has all the basic amenities available nearby the locality. This place has a good neighborhood with a friendly atmosphere. Frequent unscheduled power cuts create problems in the daily life of residents of Wagholi.

This place has all kinds of basic facilities with good connectivity with other parts of the city. All the basic amenities like shops, local vegetable markets, groceries, banks, and ATMs are at reachable points. Temples, parks, and playgrounds are also available in this place. The roads are well maintained with proper street lights and have wide pavements. Residents from this area frequently face insufficient water supply which makes life problematic.

According to me, this place is good for a residential place with all the basic facilities available nearby. I had been living here for 5 years as a tenant of a house. This place is a good locality for residential purposes with good road connectivity with the other parts of the city. This place has ample parking space with good-conditioned roads. The local security is good here and frequent police patrolling is seen here.
