I would pick this region for Apeejay School and Madan Mohan Malviya Hospital. Because the local markets remain vibrant and busy, I feel very secure strolling here late at night. My trips at the District Park or the neighboring heritage ruins are great. Students from Sri Aurobindo College help rental returns stay quite high. For me, the congested parking lots and traffic jams are really stressful. I consider this area to be the true pulsing heart of the city.

Living in Malviya Nagar makes me very happy since my everyday life here feels simple, energetic, and cozy. With well-kept parks, quiet streets, and a great neighbourhood atmosphere, this area is lovely and quite helpful for people of all ages. Good road to Saket and Hauz Khas, simple buses, and great connectivity via Malviya Nagar Metro on the Yellow Line all appeal to me. Having good schools like Apeejay and Laxman Public nearby, as well as Max Hospital Saket and AIIMS close by, makes me feel at ease. My weekends at Select Citywalk Mall and the foliage around Deer Park and adjacent parks delight me. With strong rental demand and excellent profits, I believe my investment is worthy. Narrow inside lanes and parking problems need swift correction, in my opinion.

As Malviya Nagar is the center of the city of Delhi, the area is connected with schools, colleges, markets, banks, hospitals, and transport services as well. The water service facility is amazing because drinking water is available at all the places of Malviya Nagar for free.

From my viewpoint, CCTV cameras and security are near the supermarket to keep the place safe and secure. Max Hospital is one of the best hospitals in this area of Malviya Nagar. City mall is the largest mall in this area where people can get different types of products in the same place.

A transport facility is available near the locality of Malviya Nagar. Schools and universities are available at walking distance from the area of Malviya Nagar. From my perspective, most people are quite friendly and helpful. Nursing homes and hospitals are also available near the area of Malviya Nagar within the range of 3km.

Positives: Malviya Nagar appealed to me because of its vivacious energy. The excellent food at the local markets was my primary asset. Daily I took the Magenta Line metro to get to my Nehru Place office center extremely quickly. I took a lot of pictures of the historic structures in the Khirki Masjid district, hence that was my preferred location. I also spent a lot of my time hiking in the neigh boring Hauz Khas District Park. The streets were always busy and well illuminated, so I felt secure.

Negatives: The thick dust and noise pollution caused me a negative encounter. I believe the trash pickup there should be much faster. More grassy areas are certainly needed.

Positives: Because my office is in the nearby Saket District Centre, I am presently here as a renter. I am very near to several local parks and Khirki Masjid's vibrant foliage, which I find really wonderful. Being walking distance from DLF Avenue and the bustling Malviya Nagar primary market gives me and my buddies pleasure. With the Magenta Line a major advantage for me, the transportation here is rather easy. Hospital for Rainbow Children, so nearby.

Negatives: But I believe the major issue is the exorbitant rent for very old, poorly ventilated rooms. I believe late-night safety and street lighting in the back alleys have to be raised. The noise from the unending traffic really exhausts me.

I am a tenant of a flat at Malviya Nagar Delhi. I have been living at this place for more than three years. Shopping malls and grocery shops are nearby to the area of Malviya Nagar. The distance from my place to the grocery shops is 500m. The government hospital is also available near this area within a 10-minute walking distance. Private cabs such as uber and ola are always available in the area of Malviya Nagar. The rent of the apartments is not affordable at Malviya Nagar.

I am a former resident of the place Malviya Nagar Delhi. I have lived in Malviya Nagar for more than five years. I would like to present my statement about the place, Malviya Nagar. The streets of this area are clean and well-maintained. The big city mall is located near Malviya Nagar. The area of Malviya Nagar is connected by train and metro service. The traffic jam is the main problem of this place even on holidays.

Positives: I wanted a prime location with strong rent demand. Hence I purchased my Malviya Nagar home. Living close to Max Super Speciality Hospital is a big advantage for my healthcare needs, I feel. I like that for my children Geetanjali Enclave and Apeejay School are so nearby. Because the Yellow Line metro is close by, my travel is really simple. I believe my family is very secure in this neighbourhood.

Negatives: Still, my encounters with the congested, narrow lanes are quite vexing. The scarcity of parking for my vehicle annoys me. My recommendation is to repair the damaged footpaths and remove street encroachments. Before the upcoming monsoon, I believe the drainage system requires a comprehensive renovation.

Positives: I spent years living in Malviya Nagar while completing my undergraduate degree nearby. My daily existence there was best enhanced by the Yellow Line metro's connectedness. For emergencies, the close distance to Max Super Speciality Hospital was, in my opinion, rather comforting. Daily local e-rickshaws helped me to get to my preferred hangout places in Select Citywalk mall. I think the primary market gave me everything from inexpensive apparel to delicious street cuisine.

Negatives: I was rather let down by the severe water scarcity and the little, crumbling highways. My biggest aggravations were the lack of parking and the overhead hanging wires. To stop the continuous flooding, the drainage system needs a significant reform.
