Seawoods is a Locality in Mumbai City in Maharashtra State, India. It belongs to Konkan region . It is belongs to Konkan Division .
I was once a resident of Seawoods, Navi Mumbai and I loved living here because of the amenities. What I liked about this place are the proper garage collection and good security. This place is safe at night, has ample parking space and good public transport. The shopping malls are great. Seawoods locality is one of the most developed areas of Navi Mumbai with good infrastructural developments around the area.
The location of Seawoods, Navi Mumbai is very beautiful and it is located very close to palm beach road. The roads are very wide and well-connected and the environment is hygienic and clean. The Seawoods Darave Railway station is only 300 meters away from the locality. The station is located in the basement of the Seawood Grand Central Mall. D Mart is only 5 minutes away from my home.
I am a resident of Seawoods, Navi Mumbai and since I have lived here for many years. Here you will find a good transport facility and you can get cabs and autos from anywhere within the locality. On the top of the railway station there is a mall and it houses some of the big brands like Reliance and McDonalds. The more you get acquainted with this locality the more you fall in love with it.
As a resident of Seawoods, Navi Mumbai I can talk about the pros and cons of the locality. Some of the good things about this locality are the good public transport, availability of cabs, markets at walking distance, safety and security, low pollution, cleanliness, and well-maintained parks. What is not so good about this place is the lack of metro connectivity nearby.
The Seawood Grand Central Mall is the best thing about Seawoods, Navi Mumbai. The railway station has good connectivity with the prime points of the city. You can find plenty of bus stations within the locality and autorickshaw is also available all around. There are some issues in this locality such as frequent power cuts which get awful during the summer. Noise pollution is also a concerning issue in this locality.
