Positives: For employment and calm, I relocated to Chattarpur. The Chhatarpur Metro on the Yellow Line is quite useful, in my opinion. One can say autos and buses connect well to Qutub and Saket. Reachable, in my opinion, are hospitals such Yogmaya Multispecialty and Fortis in Vasant Kunj. For purchasing, I can claim that adjacent are malls like Vasant Square and Select City Walk. I believe a drive away are large corporate hubs like Saket and Gurgaon. Around the temple and foothills, there is lovely vegetation.

Negatives: Living here is really somewhat affordable, I would say. But I note that pavements require repair and streets need better cleaning. All told, Chattarpur is a tranquil, practical residential area.

Positives: Living here gives me great joy. The tiny coffee shops next to the metro and the Chhatarpur Temple are my go-to hangout. A calm and green environment comes first among my top priorities here. Trees give me peace in this region. Chhatarpur station on the Yellow Line is within walking distance; therefore, metro connectivity is good. Autos and buses make last-mile travel simple. Close-by institutions are Apollo Spectra in Saket and Yogmaya Multispecialty Hospital. K.R. Mangalam and Surya Public School are schools nearby. Negatives: Rental returns at this spot are consistent. Parking and intermittent flooding during rains and sluggish civil services worry me.
