The gym and pool are in excellent condition, and the location of basic amenities just a few feet away is just a convenience.
Few promised facilities, such as the intercom system took longer than anticipated to get operational, affecting initial comfort.
Though the amenities are great, I experienced delays in the possession process, which was a little frustrating.
