Through my interactions, I love Dwarka Mor. I use simple automobiles, buses, and metros. Near schools and inexpensive rent appeal to me. From my home, I can see offices in Janakpuri and Dwarka closing. Here local markets let me rest. I adore this location. I have traffic and noise problems though.

Strong rental demand from my own experiences prompts me to recommend Dwarka Mor. Since my recommendations are centered on metro access and inexpensive homes. In this neighborhood, families appear to feel secure. Mall, movie house, and Dwarka nearby are all visible. Here, though, I see drainage that has to be done and traffic mayhem.

It is a very functional and secure area, but it would be great if the civic administration laid emphasis on macro-scale infrastructure development, such as developing more exclusive green areas and parks.

We have wonderful affordability, and the social infrastructure is well-developed, with hospitals, local bazaars, and decent schools within walking distance. This locality has real value. Nonetheless, the jam on Najafgarh Road at rush hour is an everyday agony. They need to take a serious initiative to widen the narrow internal roads and the clogged drainage system to cater to monsoon waterlogging.

Positives: The locality has good metro connectivity, with the Dwarka Mor Metro Station offering easy connectivity to central Delhi and the airport. The neighbourhood is also serviced by schools, hospitals, and shopping complexes, making it suitable for families. Flats here are well priced, with 2 BHK flats costing approximately ₹50 to 70 lakhs, providing value for money. Negatives: Traffic jam is a frequent problem, particularly during rush hours, resulting in extended travel times. Moreover, the locality can be extremely congested, which may impact the entire living experience for some dwellers. In spite of these problems, Dwarka Mor is still an attractive proposition for value home buyers who are looking for connectivity and facilities.
