It is a tranquil and calm area. It is a good place to live because it is peaceful, airy, spacious, and well-kept. Buses travel from inside the township to Uppal and Secbd, which are both 8 km apart. A township with very quiet surroundings, a peaceful environment, and security. Very practical for Rahejas, Genpact, and GE personnel, among others. Ramoji Filmcity Vijayawada Highway is 20 kilometres away, Uppal Ring Road is 4 kilometres away, and Outer Ring Road is 35 kilometres away. MG Bus Stand is 30 kilometres away, and Secundrabad Station is 20 kilometres away. But the locality has no metro connectivity.

Nearly 20 kilometers from the Secunderabad railway station that is a lit bit far from my house. Ghatkesar is quickly developing into another high-tech neighborhood in Hyderabad. Infosys has already established its campus in Pocharam, Ghatkesar, with a workforce of more than 8,000 people. Near this campus is Raheja IT Park, which will soon be fully operational, and Singapore Township, which has roughly 3000 built-up apartments. It is a lovely and picturesque area. Just 2-3 kilometers separate you from the IT park. With 30K people (with an additional 20K), Infosys SEZ, Genpact, Daksh, etc. Relationship with ORR (Outer ring road is just 500 meters). There are residential developments and colleges all around the neighborhood. such as the Waranagal highway, the IIT girls' dormitory, numerous educational institutions, etc.
