I have been a tenant in this locality for 5years. I like the area. Everything I have got
is essential in my life. I have got reputed Rock Well International School for my child
to get a proper education. I have got multispeciality hospitals like SSK Hospitals. For my needs, local shops to big shopping malls like GVK One Mall is there equipped with a movie theatre. My only concern is Govt. buses, which are very rare. Public Vehicle facilities should be improved as the area is developing day by day.

As an owner of a plot in this area, I have got almost what I expected. From health to entertainment everything is nearby. I can spend quality time with my friends and family at the nearest shopping mall. Focus School is a great school to cater to education and Podium Mall caters to all shopping needs. But Little rain can be a cause of water-logging. The drainage system needs to be improved.

Being a tenant, my first priority was an area adjacent to the school, shopping mall, and
marketplace. I have got everything near this area. The Saint Ann High School and
Maangalya are in walkable distance. I can hang out with my family members on the weekend.
For health issue SSK Hospital is also very near to my residence, besides, my office is well
connected through a broad highway. Traffic has not been an issue in this area. The neighbors
are helpful.
