Known for providing premium township projects, Hiranandani is a highly regarded building. Part of the existing Hiranandani Estate area, the Glenridge project is ideally situated on Ghodbunder Road. Luxury apartments facing the lake with calm water vistas and plenty of greenery including a central lake and the Lake Enclave Garden draw most of the attention. Inside a self-contained ecosystem, the neighborhood provides excellent amenities. Connectivity is good on Ghodbunder Road; the Tikuji-Ni-Wadi Metro Station is nearby. At Currae Hospital and Hiranandani Hospital, great medical care is ready. This initiative is unique since it gives a limited lakeside address inside a sophisticated, fully developed community. Two local problems, though, are notable: traffic congestion on Ghodbunder Road and ongoing problems with road maintenance leading to commute delays.

Though a straight operating metro station is not yet available, connectivity to Thane Ghodbunder Road is flawless. Conveniently nearby are top-notch medical facilities like Currae Gynaec Hospital and Hiranandani Hospital. The project is exceptional because of its first-rate infrastructure and mix of exclusivity, hence the money is warranted. Two critical deficiencies are the lack of close 24/7 convenience retail locations inside Glenridge itself and the need of more effective last-mile public transport feeder connections to the main road.

Large grass help to improve the environment. Better access to local amenities calls for improvement of a lack of committed public feeder transit outside of private cars.
