I always wanted to buy a luxurious apartment in a high-rise building, and with Kalpataru Estate, I was able to fulfil my dream. It features modernity, and the apartment is beautifully maintained with great amenities, and greenery. The aesthetics of the building really grabbed my attention.

Not only are the apartments in Kalpataru Estate very well-maintained, but the society itself is very strategically located with close proximity to all the major points of the city. It is very close to shopping malls, hospitals, adding to our convenience.

The leisure activities of the Kalpataru Estate are something that came to my attention after having bought an apartment here. Quite interestingly, there is a spa inside the building premise, along with a party-hall and amphitheatre.

Safety is my primary concern and Kalpataru Estate has been able to meet my expectations with a firefighting system, all-day security, and intercom facilities, which allows me to connect with my neighbors residing in the same apartment.

The floors, tiles, walls, bathroom fittings and kitchen made up the wonderful interior of the Kalpataru Estate, and to match with that, the outdoor environment is also very beautiful with a green park, and sports activities.
