I choose this one, as I believe the Park District idea is really very great. For me, the vast centre garden is my most loved element. I find this area appealing since I think it is really near to my workplace in Hinjewadi. The good bus services and highway access are the main benefits in my opinion. Pride Purple, in my opinion, is a reputable name for quality. The walking trail and fresh air, I believe, define a USP. The Hinjewadi line is the closest metro; I believe Lifepoint Hospital is right nearby. Shopping is meant for Phoenix Mall. The dusty service roads bring my frustration. I believe the drainage needs immediate attention. I am very glad.

I choose this location and this initiative because I need a secure location for my money. The large park and community atmosphere attract me most. Since they have a superb history in Pune, I have very high ideas regarding the contractor. Only a few minutes away are basic amenities offered by Lifepoint Hospital and Indira National School. My investment strategy is to retain this unit for future high rental revenues. For small families, the security of this area is excellent. The lack of adequate signboards on the side roads worries me most. Though I am not a resident at present, I go regularly. I wish the council would straighten road curves.
