Other amenities are pretty much what I expected, no surprises there. Power supply backup for outages and 24/7 water, along with a clubhouse for recreation and hanging out. Still, it’s a nice place, I’m happy with my apartment, and most importantly it was in my budget. Would recommend it to others.

I’m also pretty happy with the fact that there aren’t too many sports facilities on the grounds. In my experience sports facilities always means screaming kids, and I often have a headache. Still, Palmcrest has a gymnasium and kids’ play area, so it’s not completely empty of facilities.

I bought a 2BHK 700sq. ft. apartment. It was cheap and I love the simple layout. The living room itself is the hall but it’s quite spacious. Then there’s the kitchen, followed by two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Simple, elegant, and easy to remember.

I was looking for somewhere temporary to stay while finishing a project in Pune (will be here about five to six years more) and chose this development. Pretty glad I did as both the development itself and my apartment are very satisfying.

I’ve got to say that firstly, Kumar Palmcrest had THE cheapest apartments I’ve seen so far in Pune. Might be because it’s located in Pisoli, which isn’t a very expensive neighborhood, but it certainly lives up to the promise of being accommodating for tenants.
