Sector 23 is still an affordable area to stay in but the valuation is expected to rise
steeply as Ghaziabad expands more toward the North. Buying a house in the locality
now, in my opinion, would be a great decision as the returns of such an investment will
be high surely. The only downside I can think of is the high population density in the
area which culminates in traffic bottlenecks within the locality.
