A well-known residential neighborhood in Ghaziabad, Surya Nagar is about a 30-minute drive or 15 kilometers from Connaught Place and is located just across from Vivek Vihar in Delhi. Near Delhi's Vivek Vihar and five minutes from a metro station, this region makes for a great residential neighborhood with clear roads and parks. But occasionally there are water shortage difficulties in the area.

At the border between Delhi and Uttar Pradesh, Ghaziabad is the upscale locality of Surya Nagar. Therefore, close to Anand Vihar Bus Terminal and Dilshaad Garden Metro Station. This provided the area with very good connectivity. Ideally situated, close to metro stations, shopping centers, five-star hotels, eateries, gyms and sports facilities, and colleges, and yet not in the heart of crowded Delhi. makes it a perfect residential area.

The locality of Surya Nagar is developed with many affordable housing options. The area has transformed in the last few years and now is slowly becoming one of the best places to live on the border of Delhi and Ghaziabad. The place is away from the chaos of central Delhi but is not very far from the city Centre. But the pace has seen many water shortage issues over the years.

Surya Nagar is perfectly situated less than one kilometer from East Delhi. It has excellent access to all the necessary amenities. This is a luxury area with a Jain Mandir, Ram Mandir and Gurudwara are nearby. It is also a well-planned colony by the GDA. It is close to Delhi, and the closest metro stop is about one km away. It is a well-planned and attractively designed neighborhood with convenient access to all the city's key landmarks.
