In every area of sector 17, the drainage system is ineffective. The open drainage system causes a lot of trouble during the wet season. I have noticed a lot of broken lamps in the area, so it may use some maintenance. The recreational option in Sector 17 is numerous. Within 3-5 kilometres are commercial centres and eateries including Domino's, KFC, and subway among many others. There are numerous hospitals with paediatric specialists. Sector 17 also has many parks for kids. It's very secure for nighttime strolls and is perfect for housing at an affordable rate. Few areas in sector 17 face water stagnation in peak rains which is the only negative the thing that comes to mind.
