The central location is definitely a big perk with Unique Estate. I appreciate the spacious and ventilated rooms a lot (and the service is great too), but the development being so close to Mira road means my drive to work is less than forty minutes. Don’t think I’ll be moving out of here any time soon!
The facilities are pretty well maintained. There are a lot of security guards patrolling at all times, which is good because they’re very helpful when it comes to pointing out any problems with your apartment or the building itself. They have an in-house laundry service too which is great because I don’t have time to do my own washing.
I checked out a couple of choices before I bought my apartment at Unique Estate and I can say the buildings are pretty well constructed. The walls are thick and there’s no noise from outside. My place is at the end of a corridor and I can barely hear my neighbours talking even when they have their doors open.
I’ll be honest, I didn’t actually think Unique Estate would be so good. The tour seemed almost too nice. I’ve been living here for a month now though and nothing’s gone wrong. The gardens are very well kept and there’s a power backup and 24x7 water supply line as well. Props to the management for quickly getting a maintenance guy to fix my fan when it broke down.
Very impressed with the construction quality and room styles offered here. Apartments are affordable choices meant for young people just starting out. Mine is a 2BHK 571 sq. ft. place and I like it a lot. Development also has premium amenities like a clubhouse, CCTV surveillance all over, and a basketball and volleyball court.
