Besant nagar is good location and very peaceful. There is a good public transport at besant nagar.It is a good location and has good ventilation. There is a beach for relaxing at evening in a stressful work.The school, hospital,markets are nearby .This area is very protective with full cctv cameras.There is no traffic jam and the area is so calm.It is a good place but it is not safe at night after 10 pm. There will be frequent traffic jam. There will be frequent power cuts during rainy season.street lights are not that much bright. Beach was there so there will some garbage in that area. At night there will be horn of vehicles. There will be no police patrolling at night.
