I find Sector 150 famous for being the greenest spot in Noida. I am located right near the sports city. My experiences with high rental yield are excellent. Upcoming metro extensions look very promising. My suggestions address the two major disappointments: monsoon waterlogging and the slow progress of local commercial hubs.

I live in this beautiful, green sector. My experiences are positive because 80% of the land is open space. Advantages for me include proximity to Yatharth Hospital and Learner’s International School. I enjoy visiting DLF Mall of India nearby. Rents are rising but fair. I suggest better public transport and drainage.

I propose more local metro accessibility as well as rapid enhancement of retail centres.

Positives: In Sector 150, I loved the greenery. For my travel, I found the Noida Expressway very useful. I appreciated the parks as well as the athletic amenities. Using the Aqua Line, I arrived at my job rapidly.

Negatives: I abhorred the scarcity of businesses. I had problems with pricey maintenance.
