I am a former resident of Mahape, Navi Mumbai and I have lived here for more than nine years. I have moved out very recently. I can tell you that the lifestyle of the residents has remarkably improved over the years. There has been a massive infrastructural development around the area. Safety and security have also improved over the years. Many facilities are useful to the residents of Mahape.
I live here as a tenant for work and since Mahape, Navi Mumbai is an industrial area there are a lot of job opportunities in this locality. It is near Navi Mumbai and you can get there by auto. The traffic condition of this locality is better than most others in the vicinity of Navi Mumbai. Multiple companies are settling in this locality.
The locality of Mahape, Navi Mumbai is good for residential use. As a resident of this locality I can say that the roads are clean and well-maintained and the streets are well-lit. Moreover, there are a few shops, groceries and convenient stores nearby. The industrial area is just a kilometre away from my home. The industrial park, also known as the business park, is in the vicinity.

I am a permanent resident of Mahape, Navi Mumbai and I am happy with my residential experience. This locality is very convenient for residents and there are many schools, colleges, hospitals, and restaurants nearby. Transportation and traffic are also good in this locality. However, water shortage is sometimes a problem in this locality but does not last long.
I am a permanent resident of Mahape, Navi Mumbai and I have been living here with my family for several years. All conveniences and amenities are available in this locality. Public transport connectivity is pretty good and traffic maintenance has largely improved. However, public transport is barely serviceable in the village area and one has to come out to the main road to find a cab or an auto.
