I love Kandivali East as my experiences feel pragmatic and balanced. I have nearby schools, medical centers, stores, and transportation. Park walks in the evening appeal to me. Andheri is where I work, and I travel without difficulty. This location is wonderful, but parking shortages and rush-hour traffic call rapid fixes.

Since my experiences point to a high family demand, I propose Kandivali East. I set it high in my value pricing recommendations for consistent growth. I appreciate safe residential pockets, metro connections, and highway access. I highlight nearby malls and parks. I believe the draining and traffic bottlenecks have to be addressed.
