    My favourite area is Hinjewadi since I wake up only minutes from Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park. Smooth connections to the Mumbai-Bangalore Highway exist. The forthcoming Hinjewadi Shivaji Nagar route is also intriguing while the metro is under construction. Close by are essentials like Hinjewadi Hospital and VIBGYOR High School. Grand Highstreet Mall and Mezza 9 provide excellent entertainment for leisure. The security here feels good as a result of ongoing patrolling. Rents are higher but justified by the region. The absence of designated parking places in certain old areas and the condition of public buses urgently call for improvement. These are my two recommendations.

    Positives: I chose Hinjewadi just for its closeness to the IT Park. Situated strategically on the western fringe of Pune, the region offers great road accessibility through the Mumbai Highway. For the ease, rental costs seemed reasonable.

    Negatives: Often, we experienced an erratic municipal water supply, which caused surprise expense and frustration. Furthermore, always the poor drainage system was a problem. Heavy waterlogging and sewage troubles on the internal roads were evident signs of municipal negligence that had to be addressed urgently by the government even from mild rainfall.

Good shopping and entertainment options can be found at the Grand Highstreet Mall. Our neighbourhood is modern, lively, and safe. Many parks give sorely needed green space.

    Negatives: But the severe traffic congestion at rush hour, especially near the phases, is the one major problem. Second, some regions have pollution that local governments have to address right away in spite of all the advancement.

    Living in the Hinjewadi was very convenient if you work in the neighboring Industrial hub of the city. The locality is very populated with traffic which is the only downside of residing here. Other than that the availability of social infrastructures such as Medical centers, banks, schools, and malls makes the area vibrant.

    Mahindra International School and VIBGYOR High School are only two of the reputable schools and hospitals in the area. The Hinjewadi neighborhood is home to several shopping centers, including the Xion Mall, Fountain Market, Vision One Mall, and DMart Hinjewadi, to mention a few. But the area sees many traffic confessions for the same reason and might be challenging for residents.

    Positives: I really believed I had won the lottery when I first arrived in Hinjewadi a few years ago It seemed like a whole, self-sustained hamlet. The closeness to the huge IT Park was unparalleled, and the region provided first-rate contemporary conveniences like international schools, premium healthcare, and great fine dining. Having the Mumbai freeway right here also simplified long-distance travel.

    Negatives: My positive experience, meanwhile, evaporated during monsoon season and peak traffic times. The local infrastructure had been completely paralysed by the region's rapid expansion. Authorities must absolutely fix the persistent traffic congestion, the grossly insufficient water supply, the frequent power outages, and the woefully pothole-ridden inside roads if one is to live comfortably here.

    Positives: I am very glad with Hinjewadi in Pune, where I just relocated. With the Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park nearby, many IT companies are nearby and the connectivity is great. One of the reasons I selected this area is that there are outstanding institutions nearby such as VIBGYOR High School and hospitals. Given such solid infrastructure, rentals here seem reasonable. I must say as a renter, I believe I am receiving fair worth.

    Negatives: Peak hour traffic near the IT-park area can slow down traveling. Second, despite the area's modernity, some internal roads and infrastructure seem stressed by fast expansion. At last, even though I haven't encountered any significant safety problems, I stay a little wary about infrastructure or drainage concerns occasionally reported.
