Hinjewadi, Pune Reviews

Positive

Positives: I live here and find Hinjewadi practical since my employment is close by. Quickly reaching my office in the IT park, I divided automobiles and buses for last-mile cover. Many gated communities and security make the region seem safe. After work, I enjoy stopping by regional cafés and Balewadi. Near are medical centres and modest malls that simplify daily living. Once finished, Metro Line-3 coming to Hinjewadi will reduce travel time even further.

Negative

Negatives: Calm nights; app taxis arrive promptly; peak hour buses get packed. Traffic congestion during rush hour, erratic frequency of public transportation, and dust from constant construction are all things that need attention. Still, I like the vibrant neighbourhood and ease of employment daily as well as inexpensive food choices.

Positives: I believe land here keeps expanding, and Hinjewadi is Pune's IT centre, so I invest in it. I live with my family, and we like proximity to several businesses and Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, so my travel is brief. Nearby are excellent hospitals and speedy clinics; Baner-Wakad Road has big shopping malls, an easy drive. For strolls, we spend weekends at Pashan hill and the Balewadi Stadium region. The Pune Metro Line 3 to Hinjewadi will provide further assistance as roads improve. Daily life is made simple with nearby schools and businesses.

Negative

Negatives: Heavy traffic at rush hour, construction dust, and monsoon waterlogging needing quick repairs all present difficulties I encounter. Improved parking and more street lighting would really be beneficial.

Positive

Positives: Hinjewadi's closeness to the huge IT businesses was its main strong point. I stayed here for a while because the excellent, contemporary gated developments and the availability of organizations like Symbiosis intrigued me. Linking simply to the Mumbai-Bangalore highway and Pimpri railway station, the local transportation network is strong. With good security, the area seems rather safe, and I loved morning strolls amid the little green pockets found throughout the colleges.

Negative

Negatives: The extreme dust and air contamination resulting from all the building around the phases. During the intense monsoon season, waterlogging and insufficient drainage on the main service roads are major problems.

Positives: I rent in Hinjewadi because living so near Rajiv Gandhi The slightly greater cost of Infotech Park is justified. Top-notch institutions like VIBGYOR High near. With immediate access to the Mumbai-Bangalore Highway, connectivity is excellent. The future Metro Line 3 is a great asset. Here buses, cars, and shared taxis move easily. Moreover, the region is active round-the-clock, hence the safety is great. This location presents a wholly contemporary living with restaurants and retail.

Negative

Negatives: The traffic jam at peak office hours is a daily time-killing nightmare. Furthermore, the general state of the public buses has to be radically improved to entice more people to choose them over automobiles.

Positives: The great Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park around this area. It is definitely not the city centre, but it's a huge, self-contained hub with everything I need, like great schools and the new Phoenix Mall of the Millennium. Line 3 of the Pune Metro arriving to Shivajinagar. For the perfect work-life balance, I strongly suggest it. The best feature is the contemporary feel and the vista of the Sahyadri Hills' greenery.

Negative

Negatives: The daily traffic bottleneck during peak hours is a big concern needing quick fixing. Some internal roads also have permanent maintenance, especially following the intense monsoon. The new PMRDA expressway really intrigues me. It will help to swiftly clear the everyday traffic chaos.

For all of my customers, Hinjewadi is highly suggested. Because it is Pune's biggest planned IT corridor, this area stands out. Drives unmatchable residential demand. Its location close to the Mumbai- Bangalore Highway offers it great metropolitan connection. Because of constant demand from experts, property prices remain fair and provide investors a very high rental return. Mahindra International School, Nexus Care Hospital, and Grand Highstreet Mall are among our premium services. This is, in my professional opinion, the ideal long-run investment in Pune West. Priority must be given to accelerating the remaining work on Metro Line 3 as well as to enhancing the internal road network design and parking capacity in Phase 1.

I just relocated here and work in the IT Park, hence this is my central commercial area. Thus, my experience in Hinjewadi is rather positive. Walking to the office is simple and local bus stops abound. My connection is amazing. What impresses me the most is the near to major office centers like Infosys Phase 2. For a young professional, the best thing, in my view, is the simplicity of everything. This area is advisable since I would save a lot of travel time by living here. Right here, we have VIBGYOR High School and City Care Hospital. These days, I think there is great focus on civic amenities like road resurfacing and drainage. More structured nightly feeder bus services are what I most lack.

I am really glad I made the decision to invest here in Hinjewadi; it suited my family and me perfectly. For the entire IT community of Pune, I believe this is definitely the hub. Right outside my house, the local bus stops and PMPML shuttles offer me excellent connection. The constant police patrols give us a sense of safety here. The coming Pune Metro Line 3 to Shivajinagar. Nearby, we have Sanjeevani Hospital and the Blue Ridge Public School. The neighbourhood is quite clean with beautiful green pockets for strolls. Movies at the Xion Mall are my favourite place. My primary worry for all of us residents is reducing peak hour traffic. PMRDA is now working on fixing it.

Positives: To be honest, the mob worn me out after some time spent in Hinjewadi. I was taken aback by the massive Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park. Inside, my high-rise apartment seemed comfortable. Living here, though, was not cheap. Need raised rents. We were nearby LifePoint Hospital. We largely took cabs because Dapodi was the nearest practical metro. The job proximity was one great advantage.

Negative

Negatives: Some serious challenges need immediate repair. Congestion was at appalling heights. The supply of water occasionally seemed inadequate. Given that Metro Line 3 was still being built, we desperately required improved public transportation. At last, the inside roads were uneven and dirty and in need of extensive repairs.

Positives: I believe it was the sensible decision to move to Hinjewadi for an IT career. The buses and shuttles of the company assist me with my daily commute. Pune remains accessible for weekend activities thanks in part to the Expressway and road connections. I can state medical care like Aditya Birla and multispeciality clinics are almost there. Shopping at Xion Mall or close Wakad markets meets my demands. Commute time is minimal, as I may say big office hubs like Hinjewadi and neighboring phases are present here.

Negative

Negatives: I think there is some tree cover and tiny parks but not many large public green areas. Soon, I would say, infrastructure repairs and cleaner public areas have to start. All things considered, I am content here and good.

Positives: Living in Hinjewadi makes me really delighted. I enjoy picking coffee close to my work and strolling the green ribbons in the IT park. Being close to excellent schools and my primary focus. The greatest benefit is Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, so most IT firms are here. Longer excursions are made simple by Pune ring roads and the Mumbai-Pune Expressway. Regular travel benefits from buses and PMPML shuttles. Good hospitals such as Aditya Birla Memorial and NRS are nearby. Driving a little distance will bring you to Xion Mall and other stores.

Negative

Negatives: I like the current, energetic vibe and constant rental demand from IT employees. My concerns are old civic problems such as drainage and potholes, as well as sporadic agency service delays.

Positives: I am just minutes away from the Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park. Hence Hinjewadi is fantastic with all facilities. Although the rent is certainly steep, the elegance and ease justify the cost. A good social life comes first. My first concern is a stress-free commute. The most rejuvenating aspects are the clean, planned villages surrounding Grand Highstreet Mall and vital amenities nearby, such as Ruby Hall Clinic. The primary advantage is the general security and smooth connection to the Mumbai-Bangalore Highway.

Negative

Negatives: My daily irritation comes from the peak hour office traffic congestion. I think the better planned and more regular internal buses would quickly cover the final mile inside the IT phases.

Positives: Walking by myself late at night included here makes me feel utterly secure. The coming Megapolis Circle Metro Station will revolutionize transportation. For any need, we have good facilities like nearby IIT college and Blue Ridge Public School as well as Sanjeevani Hospital. Xion Mall is always a bustling location for weekend enjoyment. Additionally, it has shockingly good green pockets within the major towns. Particularly given the Pune Metro Line 3 under active construction, the development here is just amazing.

Negative

Negatives: Outside, the rush hour traffic is awful and annoys me every day. Furthermore, I would want to forgo dependence on remote stores by having a more methodical, centrally located local vegetable and daily basics market.

Positives: I opted to remain in Hinjewadi mostly because of the high need for rentals among IT workers. The rent yield here is respectable, which helps me. The bus and car availability is respectable, and the forthcoming metro will greatly simplify transportation. The atmosphere close to Phases 1 and 2 strikes me as modern and vibrant. I am at ease here because groceries, shopping malls, and offices are nearby. Compared with many other areas of Pune, the place is inexpensive.

Negative

Negatives: I feel more open green areas, better traffic flow, faster access to well-known schools and hospitals in every area are what should get better. Still, for me the neighborhood has a constant and encouraging vibe.

Positives: Living in Hinjewadi seems special to me since the whole region has a young and lively lifestyle. I find the broad highways, prepared districts, and surrounding IT parks' trees to be appealing. From employment to grocery stores, everything is nearby, hence life here is easy. With the Mumbai Highway nearby and the forthcoming Hinjewadi–Shivajinagar metro line, connection is simple. Spending time at the big lakes and parks nearby Maan and Marunji delights me.

Negative

Negatives: The only things that need advancement are the intense rush during office hours, the dearth of public parks in some areas, and the slower road broadening project. Still, this site is expanding positively despite these problems.

Positives: Presently leasing in Hinjewadi, I can tell you it's less expensive yearly. The ordered architecture of the IT Park phases, which is a rare sight, is the most wonderful thing here. Xion Mall is conveniently near. Lifepoint Multispecialty Hospital is nearby. Fixing the transportation chaos depends on the future Metro Line 3, which will include the Shivaji Chowk Metro Station. Along with the current Phase IV development, the International Institute of Information Technology is also a plus.

Negative

Negatives: Every night when the businesses close, the debilitating traffic jams. The unequal water supply in some areas. Particularly with the new construction, the continual building dust and noise need improved control.

Hinjewadi provides a fantastic lifestyle close to the large Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park. The simple road connection to the Mumbai-Bangalore Road and the feeling of security inside the contemporary gated communities always appealed to me. With Symbiosis and VIBGYOR High School close by and excellent medical care available at Hinjewadi Hospital, essential services were excellent. Entertainment-wise, the Grand Highstreet Mall and several hip cafes abound. Although Metro Line 3 under construction promised future alleviation, my great disillusionment was the severe, debilitating traffic congestion during peak office hours and the lack of enough parking places, which greatly complicated everyday life. Notwithstanding the surge, Hinjewadi provided a good work-life balance.

Positives: For work, being near to the huge IT Park, Hinjewadi offered convenience. With great modern residential buildings like Blue Ridge, the area seemed really active and secure. Connectivity through the Mumbai-Bangalore Highway was effortless. Having Sanjeevani Hospital nearby provided medical support, and VIBGYOR High schools made it pleasant. Moreover, the approaching Metro Line 3 fixed everything.

Negative

Negatives: The infamous traffic jam closes the phases at peak hours. The municipal drainage system was sometimes inadequate, which resulted in significant waterlogging on the inner roadways following even minor rain. I decided to rent in Hinjewadi since it's the centre of Pune's IT centre but feels quite liveable. My office in the Infotech Park is only a few minutes away, and I like that the area has excellent schools, hospitals, and stores. Once Metro Line 3 opens, the road network will be excellent. It makes commuting somewhat simpler. I like the areas of open space and green patches all around. My working-from-home days become happy as a result. More dependable public transportation within the residential areas. It especially buses or shared cars for last-mile travel is what I believe would be best improved. Owning a home in Hinjewadi, Pune, gives me great pride. Life here is frenetic but peaceful; with the Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park nearby, there is always commotion, yet residential areas provide serenity. Positives: With stations like Megapolis Circle and Wipro Phase II, Pune Metro Line 3 is the largest future positive as it will significantly reduce trip times to Civil Court by 2026. Most of my entertainment and shopping demands are now met by Xion Mall. For medical care, Surya Hospital is dependable. Nearby are excellent education options including Symbiosis. I truly appreciate the great comfort provided by this IT hub.

Negative

Negatives: The roads sorely need better management since the dense traffic congestion is still a daily battle during peak times. Generally speaking, the area lacks enough outside the main tech parks in terms of big, easily reachable public parks or adequate green space.

I highly advise purchasers and investors to look at Hinjewadi. With several international corporations occupying Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Pune is its biggest IT center providing constant local employment. The area is well-suited for families with numerous contemporary homes, shopping malls, institutions, and hospitals. Rentals give professionals excellent returns; property rates remain reasonable. Road connections to Pune and the future Pune Metro Line 3 will help to shorten journeys even more. Planned towns and lovely green pockets make the area habitable. Some infrastructure strain has resulted from fast growth. Two areas needing improvement are swifter metro and road project completion and enhanced local water and civic maintenance in some locations. I totally support Hinjewadi for intelligent long run living. This is a good investment today.

Positives: Hinjewadi was the centre of Pune's IT industry, so my work trips were little. It really appeared to be a self-reliant town. Top schools like Mahindra International School, vital healthcare at Hinjewadi Hospital, and easy access to the Mumbai-Bangalore Highway were all close by. The dynamic and modern atmosphere of the area was created by high demand for rentals.

Negative

Negatives: Frequently, I battled with the municipal water source, which became very sporadic throughout the summer, therefore necessitating expensive tanker purchases. The general condition of the public buses and inadequate specified parking in the more ancient areas also needed an upgrade. The city needs to stabilize these fundamental infrastructure and amenities.

Positives: For my family, becoming an owner here in Hinjewadi was the wisest decision. Centred around the enormous Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, this region is certainly at the core of Pune's IT industry. Near here we have fantastic hospitals like Ruby Hall Clinic and first-rate schools like Mahindra International School.

Negative

Negatives: Two major problems need fixing, though. The daily traffic during the morning and evening rush close to the IT parks is just dreadful and causes great delays. Negative

Negatives: Particularly worried is pollution, especially air quality as a result of heavy traffic and construction projects. Grand Highstreet Mall and Mezza 9 provide excellent entertainment for leisure. The security here feels good as a result of ongoing patrolling. Rents are higher but justified by the region. The absence of designated parking places in certain old areas and the condition of public buses urgently call for improvement. These are my two recommendations.

Positives: I really believed I had won the lottery when I first arrived in Hinjewadi a few years ago It seemed like a whole, self-sustained hamlet. The closeness to the huge IT Park was unparalleled, and the region provided first-rate contemporary conveniences like international schools, premium healthcare, and great fine dining. Having the Mumbai freeway right here also simplified long-distance travel.

Negative

Negatives: My positive experience, meanwhile, evaporated during monsoon season and peak traffic times. The local infrastructure had been completely paralysed by the region's rapid expansion. Authorities must absolutely fix the persistent traffic congestion, the grossly insufficient water supply, the frequent power outages, and the woefully pothole-ridden inside roads if one is to live comfortably here.

Negatives: Peak hour traffic near the IT-park area can slow down traveling. Second, despite the area's modernity, some internal roads and infrastructure seem stressed by fast expansion. I have been transacting in Hinjewadi real estate for a long time, and I can declare this location really Pune West's IT center. Keeping rental demand high, Hinjewadi's USP is its close proximity to the Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, home to leading companies including Infosys, Wipro, and Cognizant. Nearby, you will find renowned institutions like Blue Ridge Public School, top hospitals like LifePoint and Ruby Hall Clinic, and retail complexes like Xion Mall. Positives: I think for IT experts Hinjewadi is the ideal site. It is the center of Pune's tech scene and so extraordinarily practical. Though not particularly important in ancient Pune, the neighborhood has amenities such Xion Mall for fast shopping that are self-sufficient. A much-required connection increase is promised by the future Metro Line 3. Knowing that modern, premium zone is a safe place to live, feeling like Lifepoint Hospital is available, makes it a secure location.

Negative

Negatives: Although I value the simplicity, two crucial problems have to be addressed. The peak-hour traffic at the Phase 1 and Phase 3 intersections is just terrible and unavoidable every single working day. Additionally, rising rental rates make nice flats less reasonable for more recent graduates. The closeness to my office makes this region my favourite aspect.
